Really good alfajores and empanadas.

I had the princessa, dulce de leche, and nutella. all were delicious with good ratios of cookie to filling.

I was a little skeptical about the lomo saltado and ají gallina empanadas but they turned out really really good. Tons of flavor, highly recommend.

Rosi’s Alfajores are hands down the best alfajores we’ve ever had. We’ve brought them to house parties and gifted them to friends, and without fail, they disappear within minutes–everyone grabs one, then goes back for seconds, thirds, or fourth! They’re absolutely perfect for Asian palates–soft, buttery, and not too sweet!

Highly recommend the mini alfajores–especially dulce de leche and chocolate. They’re handmade, bite-sized, addictive, and nicely packaged for gifting or just treating yourself.

The empanadas are great too! The new flavors–lomo saltado and ají de gallina–are packed with flavor and taste just like something you’d find in a cozy Peruvian kitchen. We’re officially regulars now.

The owner, Sergio, is the sweetest guy, and the rest of the staff are always warm and welcoming. Rosi’s truly feels like a hidden gem you want to tell everyone about (but also keep to yourself ). Can’t recommend it enough! And they take credit cards now!!

So far best Peruvian empanadas in the bay. Small spot but full of flavor. We also tried chicha morada and it was 10/10. As a Peruvian a found my favorite to go place if we talk about empanadas, alfajores, tamales and chicha morada! Service was perfect!

Their freshly-made alfajores is the neighbor’s gem. They have 3 kinds and all are tasty with light and crunchy texture. $1.75 each. You can buy a piece but also they have boxed version which is good for a gift. Very nice people. You also find other Peruvian soft drinks as well as snacks.

Everyday Peruvian Salchipapas with all the creams at only $10, with a fried egg.
On Saturdays, you can find affordable Peruvian dishes such as “Ají de gallina,” “Seco de res con frijoles,” “Lomo saltado” and the popular drink “Chicha morada.”
Their alfajores and empanadas are always a great addition.
Strongly recommended.

This place has absolutely amazing stuff. The chef has an expanded menu on Saturdays. Pretty much every meal they make is to die for, but aji de gallina is my favorite, lomo saltado, chaufa and ceviche come close second. And obviously alfajores are fantastic, otherwise they wouldn’t be selling them all over the Bay Area. A place to go if you like good food, and not just Peruvian.

This is more of a to-go place than a nice restaurant to eat at. But their food is high quality!! It’s my go-to spot for salchipapas, they’ve got the best ones I’ve ever had. And their empanadas and alfajores are excellent as well!!!
