Friendly, courteous and polite are the three words I would use to describe my dinner experience tonight. The staff at this location were truly a very good crew, and it showed. All of the tables were clean, the orders for both dine in and delivery were quickly dispatched. The lady taking my order was knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to place my order without being rushed or forced to hurry. She told me to take my time, and let her know when I was ready to order. A lovely staff member brought my order to the table, and thanked me for dining. Top notch operation, and I loved every minute of it. The smiles from the staff were genuine, authentic and I truly appreciate it. If you happen to be in the area, please consider this Five Guys location, you will not regret it. Enjoy!

I’m a burger nut! So I will try out most burger joints wherever I’m traveling to or if I hear about a new one that pops up somewhere. I’ve been to Five Guys quite a few years ago in Washington DC, In Georgetown! Almost every time I went there I had a burger. Then not too long ago a Five Guys showed up in Edgewater Maryland. So I ate there regularly. Always enjoy the free peanuts and french fries.
But, because I was trying to make healthier choices when it comes to burgers, or eating in general, I stopped eating there and started eating at another burger joint. But every now and then you just want to treat yourself to a greasy yummy cheesy burger.
I was actually in the strip mall where Five Guys is and decided to stop in and get a burger. I started snapping a few shots. And told them I did some Google reviews and showed them some of my images and they started smiling one of the girls spoken Spanish and told them, and they were all smiling. so I took a few more photos.
This order was to go because I got another burger for my wife’s sister. The only complaint was that the burgers were a bit out of place on the bun and the french fries were very soft and soggy. And I’m only about a minute away from Five Guys. But the burger, was good and greasy! The only thing I forgot was to grab were some peanuts. I always got peanuts and I totally forgot about them.
The one thing to know about Five Guys is that their burgers are always fresh meat never frozen and french fries are homemade and they show having bags and bags of potatoes sitting in the lobby.
Next time, I’ll have to grab some peanuts. But I hope the fries are much better! I like it when fries are not too greasy and have a slight crispness to them. #fiveguys #burgerandfries #cheeseburger

This is the best 5 guys location. They are constantly so kind and efficient. My food always comes out perfect and with a smile. The store is so clean and the staff is so sweet. I go out of my way to come to this location and always will!

After an hour of waiting for food we paid for they cancelled the order. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager doesn’t speak English. I’m sorry but thats absurd in an English speaking country and in a customer facing role. They blamed a 3rd party when I literally ordered directly from the 5 Guy website. I’ve received no refund or the food I ordered. Nice!

We specifically come to this location because of the staff and effort they put into making our experience exceptional. Ana M is always so friendly greeting us with a heartfelt smile and delivering incredible customer service every time we come. She remembers how we like our food and never disappoints! Five guys never fails to deliver a satisfying lung to me with plenty of fries. Their milk shakes are very good as well. They do not offer freshly brewed ice tea and I am usually not a fan of tea from a drink fountain. That said their fountain tea is usually adequate with several flavors available to mix. The restrooms are well maintained.

Incredibly slow, it’s a wait every time. I swear the cooks look at the burger see that it’s done and then give it another five minutes just to make sure they burn every single one of them. By far, the worst five guys around these guys are just so slow. Don’t have a care in the world

Enjoyed the food at Five Guys; their burgers are always a juicy delight, and the fries, generous in portion, are hard to beat in terms of flavor. However, the overall experience is dampened by the prices. For a fast-casual dining option, it feels a bit too steep, making it hard to justify frequent visits. While the quality of food is undeniable, the cost factor has led us to explore other options. Good for an occasional treat, but the price point has us pausing on making it a regular spot especially with so many other local options.
