Excellent Happy Hour & Unique Small Plates
We stopped in on a Friday afternoon for happy hour and had an incredible experience with our favorite server, Corinna. We decided to build a full dinner from the impressive and exotic appetizer menu—and it did not disappoint.
We ordered the calamari, chicken liver mousse, mussels escabeche, spicy mushrooms, and the endive salad. Everything was fresh, delicious, and unique. We paired the meal with a bottle of Syrah, which was truly sublime. If you visit, ask for Corinna—her service is warm, enthusiastic, and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

This is a cute little restaurant with outdoor seating on the patio as well as some seating inside. It looks like it’s a joint establishment with Howard’s bar because there’s a shared bathroom. As for Rosie’s, it kind of has a European café type feel. The place is nice and clean and there are some really nice design touches. We didn’t grab any appetizers as we just had dinner, but the drinks were just OK. The gin and tonic sounded amazing, but I didn’t note any taste from the juniper or rosemary. It had a nice presentation though. The service was pretty good, although not over the top and sort of transactional. Overall Rosie’s is a cute little restaurant to grab a drink or appetizers.

Every time I visit my sister in Austin, we make it a point to stop here and aim for happy hour because we love a good spritz! The bread and butter is so good we get our own so we don’t fight. The matchbooks here are the cutest! It’s all so cute in general. One of my ATX musts, we always recommend it to friends.

Great vibes and nice service despite the girls having to round around since they’re short staffed, they still make it work. Perfect spot for a girl date or HH with a few bite!
All the spritz are 10/10 also loved the mushroom dish!!

Had probably the best glass of skin contact rosé I’ve ever had here, along with some fantastic marinated olives! Was a perfect vibe to chill solo with a book but would be great for a date or girls night, too.

Beautiful, quaint neighborhood bar. This place is perfect for some rosé during the day or a nice red at night. Space is very limited so pick your occasion wisely. Very cool ambience with an hint of European influence on how they distributed the seating space. Tapas available for order! Super recommended.

What a great little bar that reminds me of Barcelona! Derek was our sommelier/bartender/server. He got my friends and I a last minute spot at the bar. He was insightful and fun! We got two bottles of a white and some small dishes. They don’t serve big meals/entrees so don’t come expecting a dinner! We got the saffron rice croquets and it was so good we got two orders 🙂 we also got Jamon & manchego, calamari, and a clam dish.

Unfortunately they ran out of the Tuesday paella but I still had great food and great wine. Great location for chatting with the girlies on a weekday evening!

The cutest little wine bar addition to Clarksville. Food was amazing – I’d recommend the green beans, the deconstructed steak sandwich and the olive oil cake! Wine was fun as well.
