Just tried this new pizzeria in Wellington and I’ve got to say — it’s the closest thing I’ve had to back home since moving down from up north three years ago. NY/NJ.
The garlic knots were hands down the best I’ve had since being in Florida — perfectly seasoned, soft inside, and just the right amount of garlic. Garlic knot sliders would be a good add-on to the menu, just saying…
The calamari was crispy and light, not gummy or chewy like you sometimes get. Big win there.
The pizza itself was solid — good sauce, good balance, and overall really satisfying. Next time I’ll probably order the pie well done, but that’s just a personal preference on my end.
Staff was friendly, the place was busy (always a good sign), and the whole experience was great. Wishing you continued success and definitely looking forward to ordering again!

Our first time trying Rosie’s was a good experience! We ordered on their website and my husband went and picked it up. The food was ready when he got there and that was a smooth process. We got a large Hawaiian pizza and the Italian Roll.
The Hawaiian had good sized pieces of ham and crispy bacon on it. The crust was delicious!
The Italian roll was so good! They did not skimp on the cheese or meat and it came with marinara sauce for dipping. It was huge!
I gave the atmosphere 4 stars just because he said it was pretty loud in there but I can’t really say since we weren’t eating there.
My husband is usually so picky about pizza crust but he was very impressed. The location is super convenient for us and we will definitely be returning to try more of their menu!

They just opened, and I’m so excited to have a pizza place less than 2 miles away. I’ll give my honest review and revisit in a few months. I ordered a large cheese pizza; it was okay, but compared to Basilico’s or Jimmy Brooklyn’s, it would be last. I ordered a chicken parm dinner with pasta and fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken parm was good, but the Alfredo sauce wasn’t. I also ordered a house salad, and I must say it was fresh and delicious. The service could and should improve with time. With that said, I will return.

We were so excited for Rosie’s to open that we were there on opening night — and it was so amazing we had to go back just a couple days later!
We tried so many different dishes and everything was incredible. The calamari was perfection, the truffle pizza was truly out of this world, and the truffle pasta was just as amazing. My favorite pasta was the penne vodka — so flavorful and creamy — and the chicken francese was delicious as well. I have to mention the rolls… so garlicky and absolutely addictive. And the tiramisu? One of the best I’ve ever had.
We even got to meet Rosie, the owner’s 10-month-old daughter, and she was the sweetest little thing — happily greeting everyone and making the experience even more special.
We’re so glad to have a place like this in Wellington — it was so needed. We will definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at Rosie’s Pizza in Wellington. From the moment we walked in, the dining room was spotless, with clean floors, polished tables, and an overall welcoming, family-style atmosphere that made us feel comfortable right away. You can really tell this place has over 30 years of experience in Italian dining. Everything feels authentic and thoughtfully done.
I ordered the chicken alfredo with long pappardelle noodles, and it was incredible. The Alfredo sauce was rich and perfectly creamy without being too heavy, and it clung beautifully to the wide ribbons of pappardelle. The combination of tender chicken, silky sauce, and those long noodles made every bite satisfying.
We also tried the Rhode Island style calamari, which was a standout. The banana peppers added the perfect tangy, slightly spicy twist that balanced the crispy calamari so well. It gave the dish a unique flavor you do not see everywhere.
The mozzarella sticks were next level, especially with the house made aioli. The aioli added a garlicky, creamy depth that elevated what could have been a simple appetizer into something memorable. You can tell they care about the details.
Our server Skylar was fast, attentive, and catered to our every need without ever hovering. Drinks were refilled before we had to ask, the food came out hot and fresh, and she made the whole experience even better.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated with plenty of comfortable seating both inside and outside. We started with the mussels marinara… wow! The sauce is delicious, easily a 10+! Paired with their garlic rolls, and Red Wine it was an incredible appetizer with bold, delicious flavor.
Our favorite pizza is the Round NY-Style Brooklyn, Large Please! They don’t skimp on toppings, and every bite was flavorful, satisfying, and Delicious!
We’re beyond excited to have such a high-quality, delicious pizzeria right here in Wellington especially since we used to drive all the way to the beach just to get their pizza! So happy they’re local now. We will definitely be back!
