One word, Authentic. The last review I saw for this place was horrible and it did not encourage me to visit I can say that much but I am here writing this review as I’m downing these green sauce enchiladas that those people could not be more wrong if you have visited Mexico, you will experience the same flavors you had in Mexico stop by this family owed restaurant and if you ever pass by notice how many people there are here. THERE IS A REASON ITS BOMB.

Unfortunately, this was the most bland Mexican food I have ever consumed. I was so excited to try it, too! It has a cool atmosphere with outdoor seating. The service was very good and prepared at a reasonable pace. However, the food was lacking in traditional Mexican spices and garnishes like garlic, cummin, oregano, cinnamon, citrus, chili flavors, cilantro, lime, and it definitely needed salt. The meat was not prepared like carne asada as stated on the menu. They use a LOT of lettuce with little filling. I’m not sure if many of the consumers even know what they are supposed to be tasting. I did like the lightly salted crunchy tortillas and jalapeño salsa. The prices for the area are good, too. Maybe the breakfast is better? Maybe it was a bad day? I really wanted to like it.

Had the chicken floutas which were fairly dry and didn’t have much flavor. Maybe they were trying to dial the flavor in for the New England palette, but it would be great to at least have some hot sauce. There were absolutely no free condiments.

You can make better food with leftovers in your fridge. As other reviews mention, the burrito bowls are mostly iceberg lettuce with maybe a teaspoon of rice and beans. Not filling. The only saving grace is that the price wasn’t outrageous.

OVERALL: very good food at good prices in a colourful and central spot. LOCATION: center of PTown on the main street. SERVICE: takeaway, delivery or sit down outside (covered) – fast. AMBIANCE: friendly and colourful. FOOD: good selection of classic Mexican dishes. PRICES fair for the serving sizes. ECO: uses single use plastics which I hope gets replaced with re-usable utensils for sit down at least.

Over priced and empty tacos that all tasted the same, just spicy. I like spicy but if u get 3 different flavors, you expect different flavors. Also, no tap water? 3.45 for a carton of water. I know everything in PTown is over priced but at least gift us water and put some filling in ur tacos.

The food we got yesterday while visiting P town was probably the worst meal we ever had. The “bowls” had a few bites of rice and beans ( we got the Vegeterian ones) that were tasteless and cold covered with shredded lettuce that was translucent and disgusting . The whole thing weighed about an ounce . Everything was awful from the guacamole to the sauces . A waste of money and we had to eat another meal at another restaurant because serving was so small .

You want it quick, cheap, and delicious? That’s how you’ll get it at Rosie’s. Casual Mexican cantina on the main drag at Provincetown. Picnic table outdoor seating, great selection of enchiladas, quesadillas, sides, flautas, guacamole, and chips. My enchiladas expert claims they are among the best he’s has and he’s had a whole lot of enchiladas over the years. Quesadilla was small but good. Guacamole was very good but also a small serving. Full array of Mexican coke plus fruity Jarritos. Strawberry is my fave but mango is great too.
