I’ve been here multiple times, and the food has been amazing every single time! The owners and all the staff are super friendly. I love the chicken and rice bowl with hummus. The portions are big, and their rice pudding is so delicious. Also, living in the apartment complex, it’s so convenient to just come and hang out. Would highly recommend.

Stopped in tonight at Lou Lou and was told they weren’t officially open yet, but they still allowed me in. The staff was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. I couldn’t decide what to order, so I asked the bartender to choose something good. She joked that everything was good and ordered the kefta and cheese for me, it was amazing. Everything tasted so fresh and clearly made in house. Overall, both the food and the experience were a 10/10. As a born and raised New Yorker, this place truly rivals spots in New York City. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at this Lebanese restaurant! I tried a Cuba Libre, the traditional rice pudding, and the baklava, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were authentic, perfectly balanced, and so comforting.
The attention and service were amazing, everyone was kind, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. You can really feel the love they put into their food and hospitality.

Finally a beautiful restaurant in Buffalo that makes delicious authentic Lebanese food. The Kefta And Cheese and Fattoush were amazing. This place is so welcoming and clean. The staff is very nice.

I ordered the kefta and tabbouleh at Lou Lou Mediterranean, and everything was absolutely delicious and so fresh. I also had a couple of drinks at the bar, and they were great. The environment was amazing, the service was outstanding, and the owners were truly spectacular—so welcoming and attentive. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!

Small restaurant that looks pretty nice but definitely lacks in atmosphere because the vibe is just off and cold. I had a shawarma bowl and it was pretty bland for what I was expecting, definitely too expensive for what you get. Bartender that was there was very nice though. Drink selection could be wider too.

This place a Buffalo gem. Authentic Lebanese food in such a welcoming and warm environment. I will most definitely be a regular here. Try the Lou Lou cocktails! I’ve never tasted anything like them anywhere else.
