Was with FallenAngel with our experience. I order Roshe’s Gluten Free pizza on a monthly, sometimes weekly basis. I mostly order online for pickup. Online through their website, a 14″ pizza is normally $15.99, after build-your-own and making it gluten free, it becomes $20.99. It has been this way since this restaurant opened, I have been a regular customer. Even when I have ordered over the phone or gone in-person, the price has been the same. Today, 02/28/2026, me and FallenAngel went in and ordered in person. A newer employee tried charging $63 and some change (it should have been $43 and some change). I went in and explained all of the above, even pulling up the website on my phone and showing this. He tried to tell me that I was wrong, and the website was wrong. He called his manager, who also chose to argue for 15+ minutes about how we and the website were wrong. He also claimed the website has been down since the new year, but again I have been a regular customer and have been ordering online regularly, and this is not true. Wasted about 45 minutes of our time.
I have attached 2 screenshot pictures showing all I described.
Showed up at 3:41 waited a couple mins to be greeted and then was told”we just got a door dash order so you’ll have to wait”. I asked if the pizza had been prepped or put in the oven yet, was told no they hadn’t started the order. This is 3 times I’ve either had enormous wait times or subpar food. I think if a (1) pepperoni pizza (18”) is going to cost $30.98 the least one can do is have it ready when there site says it’ll be done.
I just requested my card be refunded and took my very disappointed grandson elsewhere.
At this point the only decent food in the area is Oscars and the New Mexican place on Main Street and Wendy’s.
Ultimately I would try again when they get into a groove because the pizza was good and the place was clean. I think they just need some time to get situated.
