I’ve always gotten the f150 with the fresh meat. I’ve ate here several times and the fries are always amazing. The last 2 times which was Sunday and today it’s been a frozen burger. When you have texture issues you can tell real from frozen meat. My moms had been pilled high with ketchup mustard and mayo so much she couldn’t lift the burger without it going everywhere. The fries have been cold both times. I chalked it up Sunday because I thought maybe they only had the fresh meat Tuesday-Friday. Today is Thursday and again I’m not pleased. 2 times back to back is unacceptable when the website says fresh meat. We’ve been eating here for over a year and JUST now had problems.

What’s better than friendly service? Cordial? The service was great and the atmosphere that kind where you are excited about your order, because you don’t know how it’s going to come, but you know it’s going to be special. The pulled pork BBQ was splendid and those are deep fried jalapenos on top. You have to dig down to find the barbecue meat under the slaw (or you could, like a boomer, call the waitress over and ask her to explain it).

My daughter had some sort of egg McMuffin looking thing and some hash browns that looked absolutely fantastic, she concurred.

I loved everything about this meal.

This is an old service station turned diner with inside and outside seating.
Car memorabilia adorns the walls and the menu is also auto themed.
We had a black bean burger and roller dogs, which were great, but the star of the show was the appetizer.. Fried deviled eggs!
Service was quick, friendly and prices were appropriate.
Would definitely recommend stopping in!

Restaurant is in an old service station so seating is limited inside but there wasn’t a wait time for seating. (There is additional seating outside.)
Although the was only 1 waitress working at time of visit, was no delay in service and food temperature was good when received.

Our first visit here to this iconic neighborhood hangout. Built from a 1945 gas station, this place has some some cool vibes and the local hangout to be! The food was amazing, ample portions( tacos delicious, nachos to much to eat and fresh), it was flavorable, great presentation and fire. The server was enthusiastic, very attentive and just a chill dude. Definitely a place to visit again..

You don’t find good food and good portions many places, anymore…so to have that and good prices! This place should definitely be checked out and added to your favorites list! Lots of traditional breakfast, but many yummy twists on things. Two kids shared a breakfast board and had enough left over for 1-2 more kids. At $18, that’s a bargain (when you read the description of everything that comes with it, you’ll understand).

The Jalopy was delicious, but the hand breaded and fried jalapenos on it were the stars of the show. I could have eaten a whole plate of just those. I also have a good appetite (i.e. big back tendencies), but was only able to finish about half of this dish. For me to get two servings for $16 is a steal!

Ate with a group of 9 and everyone was happy with their meal. The food did come out a bit unevenly, but it is all made from scratch and clearly with a lot of love, so it’s understandable with a big party.

Can’t recommend this place enough. But would like them not too blow up to where it’s impossible to get a table in the future, so keep it our secret, ok?

We returned to Rosemont Station again. We were close by at the Ketch, a first time stop, Friday 10-10, and whenever we are close to Rosemont we try and have a beer. And we did have a beer. Here’s 3 more photos of us and beer. The old dudes love this place.
Rosemont Station is a favorite of the Old Guys Pub Crawl. We have been there multiple times. We welcome the passing of a train for the opportunity for a ‘train shot.’ The young man that has been our bartender each time, makes our visit a lot of fun.

Wow food is great! Had “the woodie” smoked sausage was really great way to get that smoky flavor with gravy and hash browns. Taking a bite with the tomato(very fresh) deviled egg, hash browns, gravy and smoked sausage was just a burst of flavor and texture.

Only down side would be if you’re looking for a quiet meal, definitely a lively place with lots of smiles! Go check it out, I know we will be back! Those demon eggs look delicious!

Randomly had lunch here when I searched “restaurants near me”. I met my husband for lunch and it did not disappoint. My husband is a car guy so he liked the decor. I liked the laid-back atmosphere as well. The server/bar tender was very attentive and genuinely enthusiastic, especially for being the only server at the time. They have an outdoor seating area which looked well kept. The food was good, and I loved their fries and my husband really liked the burger. Just an FYI: They have limited parking so prepare accordingly.
