For our pizza adventure on Friday, 09/26/25, we decided to try out Roselli’s Pizza. What a beautiful and amazing place with staff and food that is delightfully amazing! When we walked in the door, we were greeted by some of the most friendly servers that I’ve had the pleasure to meet. We asked to sit outside and were quickly taken to the patio. It was a beautiful day and the ambience of Roselli’s really fit the occasion.

Mia was our waitress and quickly got our drinks to us, then took our order. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to patiently guide us through our choices. She was so pleasant. 😉

Our food came quickly too, and it was hot, so we know it wasn’t sitting under a heatlamp.

I ordered the Chicago Deep Dish All Meats pizza…just the 10″ because I was the only one in a “pizza” mood for some reason. LOVED IT! The crust had a delicious buttery flavor, and the toppings were perfect. I could only eat half of it, so took the rest home. It easily passed the “morning after” test as I had a piece for breakfast. It was even better the next day!

My wife and one of my daughters got the Chicken Alfredo. They said the chicken was grilled to perfection, and the Alfredo sauce was very creamy and flavorful. It was a huge serving as well, so got a ride back to the casa as well.

Another daughter ordered the Chicken Parmesan, and raved about the crispiness of the chicken and the flavor of the sauce. It was also a huge portion, so she had that for lunch the next day.

Our youngest daughter wasn’t too hungry, so ordered the Breadsticks and some Mozzarella Sticks. The Breadsticks had the perfect amount of seasoning and came with plenty of cheese and marinara sauce. The cheese sticks were crispy and tasty..and as my daughter said…magnifico!

Lastly was our little boy. He ordered the Fried Ravioli and it was such a large order he couldn’t finish it either. Of course, I had to try one since he was sitting next to me, and I was very pleased. The ravioli’s were crisp and seasoned well and they also came with plenty of marinara sauce. He got the beef ravioli, and said he would definitely have those again. I concur! They were awesome!

If you are hankering for pizza, or any other type of Italian dish, I highly recommend a trip to Roselli’s. The prices are well within what you would expect from such a high quality establishment. You will not be disappointed. We were happy with our visit and will most certainly return. Thanks, Mia, for being so awesome!

I’m from the Chicago area and love a good deep dish. Since Lou Malnati’s closed, I have been looking for a new deep dish in town. I found Roselli’s & was excited to give it a try.

I ordered two deep dish pizzas to go. Sadly, these pizzas are NOT true Chicago deep dish. The pizza is very thin and hardly has any cheese. I was very confused and figured they must have accidentally given me their version of a thin crust or a pan pizza. I called them to inquire and spoke with manager. He told me that this is how they make their deep dish pizzas & that they’ve been in business for 30+ years and never had a complaint….

I was shocked at the poor customer service and response to a new customer. I personally won’t be back nor will I recommend this place to my friends/family. Whenever I want a true Chicago style deep dish, I will be going to Giordano’s.

So I grew up and lived in Chicago for 30 years and moved to Indianapolis 12 years ago and feel like I’m constantly on the hunt for trying to find good thin crust pizza as well as deep dish and my wife kids and I drove 30 minutes each way to come give it a shot and see how it was at Roselli’s (which name wise reminded of Rosattis) in Carmel.

I thought the restaurant itself in the service was great but overall wasn’t impressed with the thin crust or the deep dish pizza unfortunately. I hate to say it maybe they’ll correct me in my review, but I honestly thought that the pizza crust for the thin crust is not made fresh and is frozen and then they just add the toppings on it.

We ended up getting the spaghetti for the kids with meat sauce and honestly even though the bowl was huge. The amount of pasta we got was probably less than $.30 and my two year-old daughter ate all of it and was asking for more pasta from an individual size. However, there is a ton of pasta sauce still left in the bowl and Close to 2 inches in the bottom was just meat sauce.

The deep dish again was the same thing and less than an inch and a half thick which for a deep dish pizza and the toppings and extra cheese that we got really just didn’t stack up.

The search and journey throughout Indianapolis for good pizza continues. As I mentioned the restaurant itself and the staff were really great and maybe some of the other food is better, but the pizza was solidly mediocre at best. All I could think was man even Papa John’s makes their pizza dough fresh for every pizza.

Roselli’s delivers truly authentic Chicago-style thin crust pizza. Being from Chicago, I can confidently say it’s the real deal, authentic in both appearance and taste. I tried the sausage pizza, and it was spot on delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. On top of the great food, the service and atmosphere are impeccable. Highly recommend!

Great service! Everyone is so nice, but Roselli’s get it together! the pizza crust has been crunchy and our past two pizza orders have been damn near sauceless. As a Chicago native, that misses real Chicago pizza (JB Alberto’s), it’s hard to find good Chicago pizza that isn’t three hours away. Please do better. I’ve been a loyal customer since we’ve moved out here!

We are native Chicagoans and have been trying to find pizza that is edible since we moved to Indianapolis. We found Rosellis 2 years in and it’s THE best! We don’t do deep dish anywhere other than Gino’s because no one can do it better! Rosatis pizza has roots in Italian food back to the 1800’s and Rosellis was born from Rosatis recipes from Schaumburg IL. They still use the Rosatis suppliers and the evidence is in the cheese, sausage and crust. Thin crust is what we tried first because that’s the true test of Chicago pizza. It was simply amazing and we’ve been back several times since our first experience. Take it from an Italian, from the suburbs of Chicago for over 60 years, if you want Chicago pizza Rosellis IS it in the Indianapolis area.

First time trying it and very disappointed. Paid over $40 for a Chicago style deep dish with extra cheese (delivery) and its SO thin ans barely any cheese. Never seen such a thin deep dish in my life.

Exactly the pizza I was looking for! As a Chicago native, it has been hard to find a pizza that comes close to a real Chicago thin crust outside of Giordanos or Lou’s. This pizza was perfect, the crust was nice and crisp, had the right amount of sauce, sausage and pepperoni were good quality, and it was a good doneness. The sauce is on the sweet side similar to a Palermo’s on 95th in Chicago but I found it to be pretty good. Overall, It’s the best pizza I’ve had in Indiana that isn’t a Chicago suburb.
