Stopped in on the way to a business meeting and wasn’t expecting much other than decent food based on reviews. We were so delightfully surprised by just HOW GOOD EVERYTHING WAS!!! Had the salmon, which was huge for the price!!! Literally left with leftovers. The hummus was so creamy! And the pitas were fresh and cravable. Service was also great, especially considering it’s a walk up order style, we were still checked on like a sit down. Will absolutely be back!!

This was my first time at Meddy’s. I had heard great things about it beforehand, and it lived up to the hype. The succulent chicken shawarma was somewhat savory and delicious. The staff were all attentive, warm and engaging. The environment was socially energetic, with a nice buzz in the room, but not so loud you couldn’t have a pleasant conversation.

Well, we’re looking for a Mediterranean place to eat, and this was something that was suggested by ChatGPT so we decided to go with it. I think we made our right choice. The setting was nothing short of amazing. The restaurant wasn’t screaming, but it was decorated tastefully and the best Greek traditions very similar to what I’ve seen in other Greek towns across the United States and the world. The food was really good. The service was absolutely quick. You ordered it on the counter and you grabbed your drinks and you found the table to go sit down with a number and then the food was brought out in the next 10 to 15 minutes probably even less than that to be honest and we had a family of four. Food looked very appetizing and it was nothing short of delicious. My wife loved their olive oil so much that she was trying to find out where they got it from and when I went to the counter, they said that they offered that for sale so we ended up getting a bottle of olive oil that is very authentic taste really different from anything that you can buy at the store and it was at a very reasonable price.

Such a great place and can’t wait to come back to try more!! The concept is great, ordering at a counter yet full service in the restaurant. The inside is very clean and modern. Sat inside and there was a big open wall to the patio which was really neat. The food was even better then we expected and felt high end and tasted high end. The portions for the price was spot on and the complimentary pita with oil/seasoning dipping sauce at table was such a nice touch. Perfect lunch stop or enjoying a really nice dinner out. Can’t say enough! You guys are doing great, such a great experience.

My experience at Meddys was absolutely amazing! The place is elegant and cozy, and the olive tree in the center adds such a beautiful and relaxing touch. We ordered shawarma and half chicken with fries and garlic sauce — everything was so delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was fast, and the whole experience was wonderful. And the best part is that the food is Halal! I’ll definitely come back again and again ✨

We discovered this place just by accident and very happy we did! Super fresh, delicious Mediterranean fare with huge portions. Complimentary warm pita with dipping oil arrived at our table right after sitting down. I had the stacked hummus bowl with chicken and it was so good! We aren’t from Omaha, otherwise we would have had a massive amount of leftovers to bring home (please come to Des Moines!). My husband had the Bangin Beef Shwarma and declared it very tasty.

My in-laws have been telling us to try Meddys for months now, so my husband and I finally went this evening. It started off strong with the pita bread.. oh my gosh I could eat so much of that pita bread! It’s so soft and has the perfect fluffy, chewy texture. My husband got a steak bowl and added the roasted veggies. He gave me a bite of his and it was so good! I got the Grilled Citrus Salmon and it was phenomenal. I really wanted to try the garlicky potatoes and a shawarmbaa so we got those in addition to our entrees- both were amazing! I will definitely order another shawarmbaa next time we go. We had more than enough food for each of us to also have lunch for the next day. Every food item was extremely flavorful and fresh. I can’t wait to go back!

I recently visited Meddys and had a great experience! I tried the shawarma, heavenly hummus, garlic chicken, and the Grand Finale dessert. The standout for me was the hummus with lamb—absolutely a must-try! The shawarma was good, though I think a touch more salt and garlic sauce would bring out a more authentic flavor. The dessert was good, next time need to try tiramisu. The ambiance of the place is really nice—cool, comfortable, and welcoming. Plus, it’s budget-friendly, which makes it even better. Definitely worth checking.

This is a fun, contemporary place to get your Mediterranean food while in the shopping center, or if you drive in specifically for that reason. The service was great, especially for a location where you order at a counter. I expect they’ll continue to add locations as their popularity grows.
