The food is generally very good. I love the whole fried fish along with the rice and peas. The service leaves a lot to be desired, you basically have to beg them for a table and to explain the menu to you. I understand it may be a difference in culture, but I expect more people would come if the waitstaff was more outgoing.

I love Haitian food but could only find good restaurants in Florida or New York. Therefore; when I heard about this restaurant opening in Springfield I had to try it regardless of the distance. Let me say that the hour drive was worth it. The foods are authentic and AMAZING!!! The fish is well seasoned as well as the pork. I love their black rice. The place is clean and spacious. Everyone working there is friendly. The owner is super nice and welcoming. They also have Haitian breads, sodas (Couronne) and other drinks available. I have been back a few times since with friends and co-workers, let me say that Rose Goute never disappoint. In addition to dining in, I would also order a couple of plates to take home.

Not worth the price. Being supportive should not mean being taken advantage of. My last order was terrible. The Beef Patty was really greasy and the plantains over cooked. Now, the prices are higher? No Thank you. This is a family restaurant, not a gourmet or date night restaurant. They need family friendly prices.

Delicious food, very friendly service. Went and had the whole red snapper and goat dish (they said goat was their most popular). Tons of food, generous portions (each person gets a cafeteria-size tray of food with their meal). Tostones were delicious, I’ve lived in South FL for 15 years and it’s akin to most Caribbean-style food (Cuban, Dominican, etc). It’s actually very busy with people coming in and out and picking up to-go. One of my favorite places here in Springfield for authentic non-US cuisine.

Extremely disappointed avoid this place. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but it’s clear this restaurant has gone completely downhill. Every time I return, the food quality gets worse, the portions get smaller, and the prices keep going up. It’s not just a slight decline it’s a dramatic drop in both quality and value.
What’s worse is the customer service. The staff are consistently rude, unprofessional, and seem completely uninterested in helping customers. On my most recent visit, they messed up my order, and when I politely pointed it out, I was met with attitude instead of an apology or any effort to fix it. It was clear they just didn’t care.

This restaurant used to be great in Door Dash! I ordered 2 identical items at $20.00, only to receive 1. Door Dash tried to make right by reorder and delivery. But guess what? I received an text that the merchant cancelled the order! I tried to call the restaurant but low and behold they have my number and would not answer.
Why are they so rude especially when someone is trying to support their cause. Their situation in Springfield alone is terrible enough. Stop being so inconsiderate. I will no longer support any of their restaurants! Thank you Door Dash for making things right!

would not return due to the poor customer service. The plantains I ordered were completely burnt and inedible. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. When I called to let them know, the staff admitted that they were aware some were overcooked because they had been left in the fryer too long. I asked if I could pick up a replacement the next day since I live 35 minutes away, but they refused and told me I had to come back immediately. That was unreasonable, and it showed a lack of care for customers who aren’t nearby. Overall, very disappointing experience both in food quality and customer service.

I am bloodcloth furious customer service sucks. The food taste old was not fresh at all. I am Jamaican i know good food. the cabbage was sitting for days it was not fresh. the Pork got me sick I had food poisoning. I called multiple time they keep putting me on hold. you Guys sucks! never again i will support your business.
