A Hidden Gem Worth Discovering!
The Rose Bistro Champagne Bar was an unexpected and delightful surprise! As a Black-owned business, it stands out not just for its mission but for the exceptional quality of its food and service.
We started with the kebab plate with shrimp—perfectly grilled and bursting with flavor. The exotic chicken dish was equally impressive, seasoned just right and incredibly tender. But the star of the show? The mussels. Honestly, they might be the best mussels I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
The prices are very reasonable, and they even offer a military discount, which is always appreciated. The service was outstanding—special shoutout to Taylor, who took great care of our table and made the experience even better.
The location is convenient with plenty of parking, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and you can tell the kitchen puts pride into their craft.
I highly recommend The Rose Bistro for anyone looking for a flavorful, affordable, and relaxing dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Well. The service was for the most part fine because it was pretty much empty. Came in for my cousins birthday just because we had a candle making class right around the corner. The food was simply not worth anyone’s time. I had the kebab plate and opted for shrimp instead of chicken. $21 for FOUR shrimp. Add an additional up charge to change the included salad to a Caesar salad. My sister got the exotic chicken. $25. The chicken was DRY and rubbery. Literally have eaten better quality chicken at fast food establishments . Lamb meatballs pasta, also underwhelming. My cousin said her mussels were fine, but a few of them were closed. Overall the prices are absolutely not worth it and it makes sense why the restaurant is empty on a Saturday night. I do not recommend.
To add onto all of this, our server tried to scam us out of more tip. Made no mention of added auto gratuity at all. 3 people at my table tipped an additional 20% on top of the included 18% because she played it off like gratuity wasn’t added.

Came in for lunch before we saw a movie at regal. Let me start by saying you guys have a prime location as we stumbled in simply because you were right at the top of the steps and we were undecided on where to go. Taylor the bartender/server was the only one working and her service was still top tier. We were the first guests in & The restaurant filled up with abt 6 tables after we sat down at the bar and she handled it with ease. The vibe was impeccable and we never felt rushed or overlooked. The food was amazing. My husband got the Exotic Chicken and I, the steak frites. Both were delicious, no additional salt/pepper needed. The fries were nice and crispy and the white wine beurre blanc on my husbands chicken was so excellent I asked for a side to go with my steak. Also side note; although skirt steak in general is a thinner cut, mine was still a perfect medium rare as requested. To drink I got the “A bit of R&R” ; 10/10!!! Taylor used a fresh egg white along with fresh raspberry syrup and it was immaculate! My husband got the “CoCo Dior” and it was delicious. Both drinks were strong but the alcohol wasn’t overbearing. This place was over all a 12/10 experience and I would definitely recommend it ! Certainly returning ! Thank you Taylor!

This place is truly a hidden gem. I’ve visited on several occasions, and I’ve enjoyed each and every time. The music is always good whether they have a dj or not. The food seems to be prepared fresh, and it’s been pretty consistently good, and the service has been great. If you smoke hookah, they have some of the best prices in the city currently. Very mature crowd, too, which is certainly a plus. Indoor, outdoor, and bar seating available. 2 hr free parking available in the parking deck. If you’re considering giving this place a try, I’d say go for it! Everyone I’ve recommended it to has enjoyed it as well.

Let me tell you. If you want good customer service (Taylor) and great food come to this spot. Matter of fact run here. The staff recommended I get the salmon burger and it literally took the soul from my body it was so good. Lawrd have mercy I had to take a walk yall If you’re looking for a great time with reasonable prices come here!

I can write a book on what happened but know… think twice before you support rudeness. And I know for sure the manger was right there in the mix cause I was greeted at the door. By her… That was enough to know who was in charge by the movement…

The vibes were amazing last Saturday. They had a live jazz player come out. He was amazing. I’ve been here a few times and it’s always been a vibe. The food is good and the service is always a 10/10. Tyler is very professional and her drinks are to die for! Her attention to detail and making sure everything came in a timely manner is unmatched! Will be back soon…

Brunch Sunday Funday again all. This time the girls hit up Rose Bistro & Champagne Bar. We arrived to this quaint venue in Atlantic Station and the vibe was super cute, urban Bridgerton. Everything was super clean and neat. Modern touches with service call lights on the tables, but they maintained the quaint French charm via the plates, napkins and silverware. Nice balance.
Staffing was light for Sunday brunch. Taylor worked the hostess stand, bar and was the waitress. She was attentive even though she was solo on all tables. We enjoyed her humor and hustle. She was a delight.
Let’s talk food highlights. Top two favs were spinach dip and beignets.
The spinach dip was amazing, creamy, hot, flavorful and good shareable serving size.
Overall Beignets were good, came out hot, made fresh, but they needed a bit more dusting of powdered sugar.
The chicken sausages were good as well as the grits
We also tried other items. The French toast while tasty looked as it was made from sandwich bread. It was small and thin.
The Croque Madam came out on what appeared to be a bagel. The egg was overcooked and there was little to no béchamel. I did enjoy the greens added to the plate.
The crepes came out with the filling missing and not as described on the menu.

Overall, the price versus the quality may be questionable, but they let us sit and talk without rushing us which was a plus. Interestingly they added tip to our check as a party of four. Not a problem just an FYI. This is a nice place to come for privacy and atmosphere.

From the moment we walked in, Terrell was very accommodating and had us seated with in seconds. Francesca was our server and the two of them were very attentive during our stay. The aesthetics of this restaurant is beautiful! The food came out very timely and each dish was delicious. I totally recommend the Mango Spicy Shrimp and Spinach Dip Appetizers, along with our entrees, all choices were amazing! Recommend this spot for a Girls Brunch day or just family outing.
