We have been getting food from here for a number of years. We usually get takeaway but also sometimes eat in. It is our most frequented restaurant.
I always get the vegetarian paneer – the menu change so exactly what this is changes. It’s usually quite good. I also get the mango coconut naan, it is fantastic. Mango lassi is also delicious.
The restaurant atmosphere is good. Nothing amazing but perfectly good.
The staff are invariably lovely. Very friendly, and have been so understanding and kind on the couple of occasions we have brought young children in.

Always excellent food and fantastic friendly service. We’ve been going here for years, ever since they opened, and we’ve never been disappointed. It’s consistently excellent, and a cut above other Indian restaurants. Not to be missed, and worth a special detour.

The Food was nice enough however the service weren’t great very slow even though we weren’t in a rush to go anywhere. The Restaurant was very busy and noisy. The people that work there kept on turning the Air-Con which was really annoying The food didn’t agree with us a few days later and gave us bad stomachs unfortunately we won’t be returning sadly so disappointed .

Me and my family absolutely love this restaurant, we visit this twice every weekend my parents visit me! Pictures 1-3 show a variety of curries we like (korma, tikka, butter chicken, Dhaba, a paneer curry) + rice and garlic naans! In the last pictures, you can see the tasting menu, which was also really good and filling. The prices are extremely reasonable given the incredible and unmatched quality of the food. Without a doubt, the best Indian food we have ever tried thus far. The staff are always incredibly lovely, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is cosy and quiet.

Fabulous quality food and friendly service, I was quickly seated and served. The menu is straightforward and the food is prepared to order. The flavours are unique and unlike many restaurants, the food isn’t oily or sharp tasting – the spices are cooked properly and blended with ingredients that balance the flavours. The rice was fresh and fluffy and the garlic naan was light and flavoursome. Thank you to the nice young man who served me, good luck with your MBA studies!

Excellent restaurant in heart of Newmarket with friendly welcome and beautifully cooked food. Menu has less choice than many curry houses but each dish shows more care and attention as a result. Very busy but enough staff to cope and service still excellent.

Very random find. Dose not look like a curry house inside and a bit mush mashy inside. But wow the food was fantastic. Not a normal curry menu but this was fab as it made me try something new. Wow great food and staff where so nice. My wife Kate is lactose intolerant and they made a fresh dairy curry just for her. Thanks and would deffo go again

Highly recommend taster menu. All dishes exceptional a lot of thought has gone into the dishes not at all the standard Indian restaurant offering in the UK so very refreshing.
Service, staff and setting all good too – highly recommended for a visit.

Incredible food – the curries were some of the most flavoursome we had ever had. The Malabar Lamb Shank was soooo good! The value for money felt good too.

Lovely interior decor, pleasant staff, lovely food, and a great range of food options. More seafood options than you’d usually see from an Indian restaurant, and the biryanis come with a pastry topping too, which I love. I’d definitely go again next time I’m in Newmarket.
