So the pizza DELICIOUS. Sorry there’s not a lot of great Chicago style pizza places here in Raleigh and this spot almost has it. Now the sauce neeeds a lil more flavor and a lil more sauce, cheese is perfect, I quite liked the texture of the crust I think a lil garlic butter would push it further. Now the main reason we’re at 4/5 stars on food it was the breaded mushrooms. They’re mid. Not bad but not anywhere near the level of the pizza.

Their gluten free dough is so good and they have great toppings – it’s premium.
The deep dish is way better than alot of other pizza places.
Not the cheapest, but it’s way more filling because they don’t short you on everything and the quality shows!

Deep dish pizza had generous filling but the crust was kind of lacking any crisp; almost like a cardboard texture. Tasted fine though. Also got the Italian beef with everything on the side, but the au jus kind of just tasted watery and didn’t elevate the flavor any. I would’ve guessed that it was boiled beef…not really flavorful except just a little salty. Hot/sweet peppers were good.
I’d probably get the pizza again if I’m in the mood but pass on the Italian beef unless you’re really craving it(not much places here have the peppers/Italian beef). I did have an Italian beef from Portillos a week prior so maybe I’m biased.

The deep dish was delicious, ordered over the phone for pick up and got a pipeing hot pie to enjoy at home. The sauce tastes bright and fresh. They don’t skimp on the cheese in the slightest. Over all delicious for when I’m in the mood for a deep dish that out paces the grocery store brands and is more consistent in quality than anything I can cook up at home.

First time ordering from Rosati’s – this place has definitely got my business
My husband and I ordered 2 pizzas for date night: one gluten free pizza and one Chicago deep-dish pizza. Upon walking into the store (to pick up the pies), I was overwhelmed by the amazing smell of baked pizza and garlic. We were greeted by staff and the gentleman assisting us was friendly and kind. We took our pizzas home and both pies were AMAZING! The gluten free pizza had a crispy pizza crust (many GF pizza crusts I have tried have been soggy – this one was not) and the sauce and toppings were great. Regarding the Chicago deep dish pizza: I wish I had more room in my stomach to eat more! The pizza dough was buttery, soft, great flavor! They topped both pizzas with all the toppings we asked for – and did not skim on any of them. I ate one slice of GF pizza and one slice of the Chicago pie, and I was immediately full and satisfied. To be honest, I would have been full on just one slice alone, but both were so good that I couldn’t stop at one slice
My husband and I had 2 slices each, and we have tons of leftovers for lunches and dinners. We will absolutely be ordering from Rosati’s again in the near future – we cannot wait to try more items on their menu! I highly recommend this restaurant – truly a gem. The quality of the food is top notch and their staff was so kind and had a service-first attitude. Thank you, Rosati’s, for making our date night so special. We will be back!

New management isn’t playing around! My wife and I ate here last night after receiving a cupon in the mail. Significantly better than we expected! Crust was better than Milton’s, toppings were plentiful and fresh, cheese was slightly heavy handed, but I’ll take that over lacking. Also, my wife is GF, she was blown away! They will now be a part of our regular rotation for pizza night!

Absolutely fantastic food. We’re so picky, and the salads to the cheesy bread were scrumptious. The salad – every single item was fresh and crispy, the ingredients were perfectly balanced, the dressing was tasty… I honestly have never seen my husband inhale a salad faster. It is a blessing to receive food that is so fresh, this can only happen when the owners and employees actually care. Thank you so much!! Can’t wait to order more!

We just got in to town after a 10.5 hour drive from Michigan and really didn’t want to leave our hotel. We called Rosatis and even though they were closing they agreed to deliver.

I recently tried this pizza place and was very impressed ✨. Their thin crust pizza was delicious—perfectly cooked with just the right balance of cheese and tomato sauce .
