We ordered here today for Father’s Day. They were sweet to deliver. My dad is picky on pizza and he loved it. They didn’t have mushrooms but he was fine with another topping. I tries the chicken parm and it was amazing. Perfect chicken. My mom had the chicken strips and fried mushrooms. Both were delicious everything was great. Will order again

The people seem rushed. I’ve read their reviews and this place doesn’t seem the friendliest. It is a shame, Rosati’s is a staple in our household! This was our first time at this location. The person on the phone did not have any personality and didn’t care to answer my questions. That changed when I finally decided to call back and place an order. I had some questions before deciding. I almost did NOT order from here because of the lack of care. Upon picking up the food the staff was just ok still. The food was SPOT ON Rosati’s!!!! Yah! It was so good and I was, very pleased with the food. I will eat from this location again because the food was good but I will avoid the staff and restaurant as much as I can to avoid any negativity mixed with my meal! Chef, great job! I’ll be back. As for the crew I hope they consider how they treat people, it may negatively affect a consumer from returning!

If you’re looking for good food. Keep looking!!! This place in no good!! On my Pizza, the dough wasn’t cooked all the way through the Caesar salad had large pieces of lettuce & didn’t look appetizing at all!! They didn’t put the cheese that’s supposed to be in a caesar salad I also ordered a order of fries and the fries wasn’t ever half way field and was cold!! 50.00 dollars gone on missy food. Save your time and money!!

This past weekend, my in-laws had asked , let’s go for pizza. I said where to , they Rosati’s. I told my in-laws remember the story I told you about our last experience. He said yes, I want sure about going. So we decided to go, we sat on the patio. Needless to say , the patio was dirty , the table we sat at has food on it, meaning it wasn’t wiped off from the previous customer. The server came up to us. She had asked us if we wanted drinks. I said you have a menu? Said oh yea , let me get it. Asked a few times , please wipe the table off. We had asked can you turn on the patio lights ? She said let me check , Said no they don’t work . A couple next to us was looking for help so they can check out and box their food, they could not find anybody, so the gentleman had a call into the location. Somebody answered the phone he told them we’re on the patio. Can somebody help me! Again another disappointing service and the quality has gone down hill.. being from Chicago, and growing up around Rosati‘s, has always been a great memory. This location is sad.
Our pizza was wrong , we called to let them know and the manager had an attitude. I explained what we ordered was from your website. He then says it’s not our website, I told him it’s link to your location. I asked for him to make it right, he then offered a few dollars off my next order . Then he tells me bring the pizza in and we will make a new one. I paid for delivery service. Rather just owning their mistake, he was argumentative with our phone call. very inconvenient for myself and the family. I told him to for get it and hung up. My wife calls back to explain, we get the same attitude again , finally the manager refunds our money ! Very disappointed, worst customer service!

The person taking the order on the phone was very rude. the food wasn’t cooked all the way through on the pizza dough. the fries serving amount was very small. the salads they do not cut up the lettuce and they do not add all the topping/sides that comes with the salad. I will not be going back again! Save yourself some time and just order Domino’s

FYI – WE ONLY SAY AT THE BAR FOR MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL. I’ve had Rosati’s pizza before, and it is quite good. This night, there were specials that made the pizza price incredible. The wings were excellent, too. This night we went over to watch the Raiders game. The bar has at least 15 TVs all tuned to the same game. It wouldn’t be so much of a problem if there were, say, 2 or 3 TVs in a row. The problem is there are TVs stacked one behind another so you see part of the game on EACH TV. It’s almost impossible to watch ONE TV without getting a migraine. On top of that, there are numerous plastic dividers between the booths that also cast reflections. From where we were sitting, we saw no less than 20 images of the game all at once. It was dizzying. My buddy said the bar used to be very different. If we go back, there is NO WAY I’m sitting in that bar, even if there are different games playing. Will order out for sure. Sit in the main dining room, sure. Sorry, didn’t take any pictures.

This place needs to hire more friendly people to work the front counter. The females behind that counter are down right RUDE & not friendly at all. They also never even bother to say Thank You if you tip even if you are picking up your food. They aren’t the ones making the pizza and just push the box to you. Why ÿ⁶⁶ started on the quality of the food now. We have tried the lasagna and it was drenched in oil. Not good at all! Pizza has gone down hill too. They are def using cheaper sauce & cheese.

We normally have dinner in the restaurant but it was full tonight so we sat in the bar area. It was a great experience! Not smoky at all, the food was delivered faster and the service was friendly. Will definitely sit at the bar from now on!
