1/3/26 decided to try this location at 10030 w. Cheyenne, eaten their food before just not from here. doing order on their website and coupon on site wouldnt work, had to call, she said could take it off when I picked up order if I did pay in store. ok so I placed order at 4:09pm, got text to confirm. website said 30 mins pickup/45 min delivery. I ordered 4 things. did pickup. by 5pm I still havent rec’d a text saying order was ready, so I called. she said they were busy but another 10-15 mins. not great but ok fine. 15 mins goes by and no text so I head to store. there was multiple parking spaces avail in front and NO customers inside waiting for orders & nobody eating at the tables so I guess they arent that busy after all. told her the name and she wasnt sure it was ready, told her if its not ready it will be canceled. she looks and its behind her w/ other orders. she tells me how much, I asked how long has it been sitting there, she didnt know. I said you dont know how long its been sitting there, was it done 30 mins ago or 5, she couldnt tell me. checked to see if it was still hot, stuff in bag was, pizza was just warm which means its been there a bit. I showed her the text msg & pointed out the fact there is NO text about food being ready even by the time Im in store 1hr 25 mins later and what the times on the website said. her reply was she cant do anything about the website, clearly didnt care. so how in the hell are you supposed to know when your order is ready, you have to call or just show up and hope? look at the picture and you can see the time in 4:09 and printed 5:34 when I paid for it. told her this is not a very good first impression and not acceptable treatment. NO apology or something to make up for the wait/issue. her name was Kaelyn, she was cute but not very bright or doesnt like her job much. the food was good, bit too much garlic/spices on the meatballs though. extremely unlikely I will ever do business with them again, really pathetic service. just not worth the BS.

what a surprise, its been several days since I posted this and NO response from the owner or attempt to make it right. sad

lol now they respond with a bogus excuse. look up the time & what was ordered it shouldnt be that hard to figure it out,. what you dont keep records of orders from a web order? really no big deal it will be simpler to give someone else my business

Proper Chicago deep dish available on the west side. This place is perfect for hanging out for pizza & beer or some Italian. Staff is top notch…Luis rocks! We had a large group that included some kids, The meals were cook fresh and delivered quickly and accurately. Highly recommend

Rosatis provides plenty of wonderful meals and deals throughout each day. Their lunch and drink specials have a great quality and variety of choices at cost efficient prices. Along with servers such as Gaby who provide a friendly atmosphere and clean environment. Servers such as Gaby are always checking in on the customers and does not make mistakes taking your order. I’ll gladly continue to come for more visits.

The food looked good but the little bearded Gordo running from the kitchen to take food out was the rudest S.O.B I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. We came in as a group. There was a separate seating area where we asked if we could sit. The hostess politely said yes and cleared the table for us until el Gordo said we couldn’t sit there and wouldn’t be served. When we asked why he said he didn’t care. We then found a couple tables next to the bar where we ordered a couple drink as the rest of our party arrived. He then came around the corner stating that our group needed to learn how to have some patience if we wanted food. We had not said a single word to him. The hostess and waitress were so embarrassed. At that point we asked for the bill for the two drinks and left. We were prepared to spend several hundred dollars on dinner and they lost out.

I want to give a kudos to the MGR (LUIS) at the Hualapai location who was EXTREMELY helpful when I had to wait over an hour for my Order which was supposed to be 30 ‘minutes only to receive the wrong order!!!!! When I say he did EVERYTHING to Apologize for the mistake due to Game time(football) and being EXTREMELY BUSY for that I will Continue to do business at that Location that I have been going to for Years Amazing Customer Service goes a Long way!!!! Kudos

I took my son to celebrate his graduation, and we loved the pizza.
We’ve got a 16″ meat full pizza and my son praised it right there. The crust was cooked to perfection.

Great place for Chicago style thin crust pizza as well as their anti pasta salad and mozzarella sticks. Highly recommend it when visiting Vegas. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable of the product choices.

Not a fan. I guess I came on a bad day because the food wasn’t that good. I ordered the cheese calzone with grilled chicken and french fries. It was a large portion and definitely could be shared but was overly greasy. The waitress said they had crinkle cut fries but brought these nasty things out, if I would have known I wouldn’t have got them. The calzone wasn’t good either, it was overly bready and the chicken was cold on the inside. Everything poured out of it and wasn’t even good.

I went with 2 other people and no one finished our food. $75 is alot of money for food no one liked.

Wouldn’t come back but other than not telling me they had different fries the waitresses was attentive and friendly

Came in Friday and picked up a quick bite. The food was amazing as usual!!!! The staff is kind, the restaurant is clean!! I highly recommend this place!!! We will be visiting again soon, see you guys next time
