Being from Chicago I used to order from here all the time. I had been awhile since our last order and doesnt taste the same . The cheese isn’t the same … you can’t mess with the cheese and the ranch dressing is different as well. Where’s the quality it used to be?? The pizza looked great just was lacking. Staff was very friendly and food was ready on time.

Ordered our pizza for pickup it was ready exactly at the 30min mark they gave me, walked in was helped immediately but a very nice young man at the counter, he offered condiments cheese, peppers, napkins & even plates. I appreciated that very much because nowadays no one does that anymore. We will be back more often than none, our favorite pizza place now!!

I can’t say much about the atmosphere, but the food absolutely blew us away! The deep dish Chicago-style pizza and breaded mushrooms were fire — so flavorful and satisfying. I was stuffed after just one slice, but my husband couldn’t resist going for three! The service was super friendly, and they even gave me a free water, which was a nice touch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

First time ordering. Delicious pizza and fast delivery. Double dough crust was a bit misleading as it’s seems like just two thin crusts stacked and resulted in an ALMOST regular crust. Pan crust was awesome. Will try the deep dish next, probably.

My pizza was AMAZING! I will say the best one I have had from Rosati’s. I was not super happy with pickup. I arrived early, paid and told the lady I would wait. I waited quite a long time and had to ask if my pizza was done. The lady put it in the warner even though I was sitting there waiting.

I feel bad writing bad reviews, but this pizza was terrible. I don’t know how the crust is made, but it’s bland and seems sort of pre-packaged. I’m sorry, but we need better pizza places.

We ordered an 18 inch sausage, thin crust and spent about $30. Very skimpy on sausage and tomato sauce. The pizza was dry and there wasn’t even a piece of sausage on each piece of pizza. And what was there, it was so small, like maybe a half inch or smaller. Very disappointing. We’ve been going to Rosati’s for 30+ years. If this is the new way of making a pizza, we’ll find someplace else.

For a quick back story, used to be my favorite pizza place. We had a not too pleasant of an experience about a year and half ago and figured we would give them another shot so I could change my previous review. Got it and now there is over an inch of crust that is cooked with the deep dish pizza. Assuming they are doing this to save on cost, but I’m done with the lack quality control and will not be going back.

Nothing on the individual that I just spoke with, but ordered a Chicago deep dish a couple of days ago, waited over 50 minutes just to be told that the pizza wasn’t servable and that they would comp the pizza and send out another one to our residents.
Received the pizza and fried mushrooms later with a nice note. However, found out that I was still charged for the pizza and called to ask why. The manager on duty informed me that they comped the mess up, but I was still responsible for the pizza that was sent out. If there wasn’t a miscommunication, I wouldn’t have waited for an hour half to pay $34 for a pizza.
