My husband and I just moved to Mesa a few months ago we’re from Chicago and so far this is the closest we have gotten to having a Chicago style pizza! Love the sauce and thin crust!’ We order a large pizza every Friday on our off day.
Great customer service we just wish they stayed open later during the week since we don’t get off work until 8pm and we be wanting that pizza! Overall, love it keep up the good work guys!!

We have ordered the same pizza from your store. We’ve never had a problem except for one time when it was actually burned when I opened the box after I got home. However, that was acknowledged and we moved on the pizza last night, though it was OK, but clearly whoever was making it just piled on the cheese, so it ended up being really greasy with way too much cheese. I hope they pay attention because it was kind of disappointing after always getting great pizzas from you.

I haven’t ordered from here in a long time and I guess now I know why. The pizza was soggy and the crust seemed a lot thicker than it should have been for a thin crust. The wings I ordered should have been hot and they barely had a drizzle of sauce on them. I do remember this place being good a long time ago. Maybe an off night?

Ewwww! The video says it all!! Absolutely disgusting!! We gave them another chance and we were failed yet again. We used to order fairly regularly from Rosati’s a few years ago until we had major quality issues along with horrible customer service and essentially banned them for over 2 years; since November 2022 to be exact. We figured it’s been long enough so why not give them another try. Finding a hair on top of your food is nasty enough but baked INTO it was mortifying. We called and spoke with the store and asked for the owner to return our phone call since they weren’t there at that time but…crickets. We never heard back but aren’t quite surprised. We did receive a refund when we called that day on that one small pizza but we also had another pizza along with wings that no one had the appetite for so it all got thrown away. Very disappointed.

Best take-out pizza we’ve had in quite some time! We haven’t been able to find a consistently good take-out pizza in our area for the past 5 years we’ve lived here. Tried this location when we first moved in and for some reason haven’t been back. Needed pizza for a small group last night so we settled on Rosatis. Everything was hot, still crispy and tasted delicious! We were serving a crowd that are Chicago tavern style lovers and we often order Vero when with them. I think we have found a new favorite Chicago style spot!

I have been a steady customer for the past 12 months, the pizza has always been good but the service is simply awful and today my pizza was lukewarm warm at best. I ordered take out at 7:20 and was told 40 minute wait. I still showed up early at 7:40 for my order. When i got there, there was one person waiting and another family walked in behind me. The “manager “ and workerNEVER acknowledged us or bothered to see if we were picking up. The family eventually walked out. I watched her, cover dough with plastic wrap, wash dishes, talk, and even clean pizza pans. At approximately 8:00 she pulls pizza out the oven. boxes it up and gives it to the lady who was waiting before me. She then asked me my phone number to look up the order and then pulls my pizza out the warmer!!! Huh!! I paid for the pizza and then asked how long had my order been in the warmer, she says two minutes, I said not true ive been here 15 minutes waiting…she then walked off and said have a good night??? Now at this point, i asked the guy in the back where is the manager? He said she’s the manager! She had on a tank top, belly out, complete with her belly ring and no gloves on her hands to prevent contamination. I then asked her excuse me, but I’ve been here awhile why didn’t you acknowledge me? My pizza was just sitting? she cut me off and lectures me on why didn’t i get her attention ( didn’t she hear the doorbell chimes or why didn’t you keep an eye on the lobby) she ended with have a nice night, she then refunded my money! I was dismissed. My point is kind service is expected, why is she angry, hostile and unable to apologize. I was not loud, combative or rude. My two cents, if you hate your job, dealing with public or can’t offer kindness then maybe find another job that suits your personality. No one should be subjected to such poor customer service.

I ordered for the first time yesterday, they got my address wrong and my name and my order was late because of the address!! With that being said it was over the top worth every dime I spent!! The delivery driver Brandy was absolutely phenomenal, she expressed her apologies and said if I was unhappy or if the food was cold she gave me the managers name!!! I don’t have any complaints it was the best pizza, cinnamon sticks, and calzone ever!!! Now I might have reviews where I have had great pizza but this was bomb!!! Thank you for the great experience!!

This restaurant always tells you it’s going to be 45-55 minutes, but I have been going 15 minutes earlier and the pizza is ready and it’s warm, and sitting in warmer already. Why? I want a hot pizza, not one that’s been sitting in warmer for 20-30 minutes. This has happened several times. Why?
