Ordered large pizza extra cheese & extra sausage , and fries. Pizza was regular sausage and regular cheese that I was charged extra for. The fries were barely even filled and paying 5$ basically was a waste as they weren’t enough to really share with anyone. It Was my first time at this location and probably won’t be returning. Cheese tasted sour as well overall it did NOT taste like rosasities

On Saturday Dec 20, I called to place an order and asked for a simple price check. The clerk’s response was a very rude, ‘WE HAVE THE WEBSITE SO YOU CAN CHECK THE PRICES!’ instead of just answering the question. The poor service continued when I picked up my order. I was never greeted upon entering, and the young lady at the counter seemed visibly bothered by the interaction. She did not offer a ‘thank you’ and simply left the completed order on the counter without a word.
Basic courtesy and professionalism are clearly missing here.

I dont know if this is privately owned or individually owned but before the ladies that worked there were always nice, courteous and professional.. last two times I had an Indian woman answer and was absolutely oblivious to anything I was saying.. didnt give me a total, when it would be done or ready to be picked up, nothing.. Just “ok.” Then hung up.. had to call back and ask these questions myself.. Called to place an order recently just to be met with attitude from the jump.. I used to go here all the time but if this is the route this place is going id much rather go else where..

Was a lot better when the other girl was working there. Now pizza is always cold never given a receipt and the new staff I think they’re also owners are rude, product quality has gone down significantly and not nearly as quick and competent as the former workers.

Customer service awful, I got scream at over the phone by an Indian lady because I couldn’t understand her. My husband heard and gave me a look if that really happened. Over all Pizza was good, I loved the fries and delivery was fast.
