Didn’t feel welcome or informed. Told me 5 minutes twice over 15 minute. First time stopping in so maybe it was busy. Pizza was fresh and delicious. All ingredients stood out. Wife gives it a 10/10. Front of House guys need to work on communication and customer service

Long wait time in addition to the specified time set by door dash for pick up. I waited an additional 15 minutes for my food, and they did not care whatsoever. I ordered a lemon chicken pasta dish which I took one bite of and had to throw it away. It tasted like straight up very strong artificial lemon flavor, and had a very thin piece of dried out over seasoned and over cooked chicken on top. I was ill for the rest of the evening after this. This place has really gone downhill over the past few years. The food is as disgusting as the interior of the store. I will never eat here again. Be safe, everyone!

I am not a pizza person, but when in Chicago, or near it, why not…was recommended by our hotel desk person and so glad they did! This is absolutely delicious! This is a small and must weight 10lbs lol was cooked through, flavors were so rich and the breading, crust, was perfect! So full on one slice even as I’m wanting another one!

Ordered pizza last night, was told 30 minute wait. Fine, not bad for a Friday night. I went to Rosati’s Indian Trail location on time, was charged and was told pizza was not yet ready. Multiple Grub hub drivers later and 45 minutes of my time- I asked for my money back- now they had my pizza. Now I found a hair in the pizza- cooked in. Yuk. The location looks like the pizza they make. Good luck with your Grub Hub sales.

The Chicken Marsala is hard trash can dish. Its not even remotely good. DO NOT order it. Its bland, flavorless, and watery. Would give it less than 1 star if I could. At $17 there are way better options. Wouldn’t even offer me a substitution or refund when asked. We literally buy so much food from them in the form of pizza and other pasta’s. That will be coming to an end. Purchased 9/6 around 4:30pm

I’ll be honest, I’ve had some bad pizza from other Rosati’s before so I was on the fence about ordering from here. I had just moved into the neighborhood and we were hungry. Really hungry. So I gave it the good ole college try, minus the beer and munchies.
I have found my go to pizza place for thin crust pizza. I really like their sausage pizza too. It’s not too spicy, but others might feel it’s bland. For me it was perfect.
Pasta? Fuhgetaboutit. Not a fan at all. I had the spaghetti. It was still watery and the sauce was not very good.
I’ve had their Fried Ravioli which is ok. Both times it seems they were overcooked.
The fried mushrooms were good the first time, but watery the second time.
They have stuffed breadsticks which are pretty decent if you’re looking for some extra carbs.
I should add that I have only had delivery from them. It is extremely fast, but sometimes I wonder if the fried mushrooms would be better if I dined in.
Also, they have lots of coupons so I’m always getting something off or for free. Kudos to them for reeling me in that way.

Pizza was good. 3 instant stars because I ordered Bleu Cheese dressing for wings and got ranch instead. These mistakes cannot fly
I paid $80 for my entire order and getting ranch instead of bleu cheese ruined my experience. It’s a small thing that has a large affect. This is my 2nd poor experience with this location. When I pay for overpriced items, I expect better. Otherwise, I’ll stick to cheaper pizza joints
