Came here to try the notorious picklewich, it was straight gas. Only qualm i had is that apparently you can’t really alter it, except to take things off. I was a bit miffed, but they still put mayo on it despite not usually doing it, and just told me next time they can’t.
Also the music playing was a bit meh, did not appreciate the Metallica cover that lasted forever.
Otherwise, super fire, would recommend.

Super sloppy. The pickle is supposed to be “quartered” instead it was cut into halves and then another sliver. Paid for a slim 2 with cheese, didn’t get any cheese on the sandwich. Lastly, they absolutely drenched the beef and cheddar in sauce – it’s soaking wet 🙂 pls see photos for reference. Thank GOD they asked for a tip!

I eat here nearly once a week and we place decent size delivery orders for our office. The customer service is amazing. Everyone is so kind and on top of their game. I always modify my sand which order and it’s been 100% correct every single time. Hats off to their entire crew!

Ordered a sandwich online. Once done, I received a text message that it was coming via Uber. What’s the deal with the JJ drivers? Did you get rid of them like Papa John’s?
I opened the sandwich and was utterly mad! Hardly any meat or veggies. The bacon didn’t even look cooked. The one side of the sandwich, you could literally see the lettuce under the turkey it was so thin. I’m not sure what the deal is with this order. So burnt sandwich, and delivery fees on something we could have made at home if we had the items.
Will order next time in person and check it before I leave. So sandwiches, tips, and a $4.50 delivery charge for the crAp meal. So step it up and quite hosing the customers and give them what they pay for! I will say Uber driver was good, though.

This place is super friendly, clean and helpful! Our food was beautifully prepared, it was fast, and oh my goodness! It was delicious! We had two different sandwiches prepared without bread, so good and great for watching those carbs! We highly recommend Jimmy John’s!

Just had a delivery from an older woman, that was extremely rude and DEMANDING of a tip after the tip was already added online. Insisted that we don’t have an address visible when it’s posted three different spots curbside as were the only people on the corner lot.
