Ordered a small pizza and cheesy bread online. The pizza was fine but the cheesy bread was absolute garbage. It looked like they just threw slices of cheese on bread and threw it in the oven. The cheese looked like plastic and literally peeled off. The bread by itself wasn’t even good. And when we called to complain all they had to say was “we always make it like that” absolute BS.

Katie has been great every time we come in. No matter how busy it is, she knows what we drink and has it to us in a very timely order. She gets us our food in a timely fashion and every now and then we change up our order on her. We love having her as our server.

Went on Columbus day. They were short staffed but got us seated quickly. There was 6 of us total and we sat by the bar area. Plenty of seating was available for dine in. I have been to some locations that have no seating at all. The manager took care of us due to the shortage on the staff. Very polite and attentive. Food was awesome like always. My daughter ordered an individual slice that I swear was the same size as her head! The only reason for the 4 star on atmosphere is that I prefer a bit more overall light but really that’s just me being picky. I can’t wait to get back out there for another pizza. We’ll done!

I was a 1st timer there with some friends, any how the food was not ok I asked for a EGG- OMELET and it looked like a FOOTBALL! WOW! Didn’t kno they came like that, the PANCAKES was very, BIG meaning too much dough couldn’t eat that either, it was a Sunday they don’t do SENIOR’S Day meaning NO DISCOUNTS but at the end of the day WE all experience not so good restaurants I myself will not be going back there cuz of the food.. just cuz it looks good don’t mean it is good… the HASHBROWNS was ok but could have been better…

Placed an order before Bears game at the Carry out section (side of building) paid $52. Ordered 2 meatball sandwiches with cheese one on garlic bread. Mozzarella sticks wings Fries and mini sausage pizza. The mozzarella sticks came with ranch dressing!? Then the meatball sandwiches had next to zero sauce only what was on the meatballs??? Like meatball sandwiches have sauce right? We called and complained and offered us a $5 off our next purchase, what an insult…We pay good money we deserve good food and service severely dissatisfied.

Word to customers who suffer through screwed up orders that are paid for by a credit card and are told by Rosati that they will not credit your card for the problem. They will only give you a credit on your next order. That is against Federal regulations and Illinois credit protection laws. If you ask for a credit on your card, they cannot legally refuse. They are required by law to credit your original payment method.

Do not order the beef here if you want to eat mostly bread. I called the manager and offered to send him a pic but he refused to have me send it and really did not want to hear what I had to say. He made me feel like he did not believe me by saying well that is weird the meat is portioned prior. I did believe him when he said it was portioned because this was the second beef I ordered that did not have any meat. He did offer me a $5 credit (kind of an insult with the amount of money my family brings to this business) which was nice. I did let him know I wanted to still put up the review so people know that the portions on their beefs are not great and so they know what they are paying for.

Placed an order over the phone for a delivery order and I must say, the service was great. I believe Mark took my order (according to the receipt). Super helpful and quick. Budgeted 1 hour for delivery, showed up in 50 minutes which is always a plus. Delivery driver was courteous and overall I’m glad we ordered from here!
Pizza was very good, and they have a gluten free 10” as well!
Wings were not as good as expected, but I can’t lower their rating for that.
Overall, would order again!
