We have been ordering Rosati’s for about 8 years now. Always great pizza and mushrooms, until today. What a huge disappointment. I picked up the order and got home in about 7 minutes. Heat was on in the car but the pizza was barely lukewarm.The mushrooms were terrible, really bad looking. The Tiramiu was really small. $45 later……going to look for a new place. Too bad for them I guess. The guy at the counter didn’t even say thank you.

Set up a catering order for almost $450 for a graduation event for 1pm. This was set up a while back so called yesterday to confirm the details. The food showed up at noon. An hour before the guests. This was bad, the food was going to be cold. The only thing I could think of was for the driver to leave the delivery bags to try and keep the food warm. He declined, saying they wouldn’t have enough bags for deliveries. Our guests arrived and tried to make it seem like the cold food wasn’t so bad. It was a stupid mistake that did not have to happen. We will find somewhere else to cater from. Do better Rosatis…since 1964.

Pizza is good, cost is the problem. $30 for a 1 topping 18 inch thin crust pizza is brutal. Anyone who thinks this is normal is out of their mind. Just not worth it.

Sonny who lied to me and told me he was the owner and is actually your manager doesn’t care about your customers dude. Just so you know, I just got off the phone with him and he didn’t care that he served one sandwich way smaller than the other. Take a look at this picture down here and tell me that this is right. If you’re charging those sandwiches should be exactly the same. I’ve been in the food industry for years. I’ve ordered from Manny rosati’s pizzas and these are crappy looking sandwiches and when I call him to complain he goes. I don’t really care and that’s what kind of service he wants to give you and then he tells me he has other customers that he cares more about and I see the reviews. They’re all crappy so I guess you really just don’t care how much he runs your business downhill. Just so you know, I have a degree in culinary arts. I have a degree in breads and pastries and I have a food and sanitation license The kid at the register was a complete idiot. You shouldn’t be letting them run the register either. I almost didn’t get the correct change back 40 bucks for an order of food and the guy doesn’t care. You don’t think that there’s other pizza places around here that are worth my money. All right dude who doesn’t own the place but doesn’t care about the place. Sonny. Thank you for your time

Great pizza, wish they had zeppole on the dessert menu, it’s the only Rosati’s location I can’t find them at which results me in ordering from the next restaurant. I attached what zeppole look from the other locations, they don’t even have the appetizer version with the marinara. Crazy because they’re big sellers at other locations and they run out.
