The Chicago style deep dish pepperoni pizza is literally the best pizza I’ve ever had. Not only is the taste and ingredients and Ratios perfect. The price is literally unbeatable. They have real deals and discounts not your typical bs specials. You actually feel valued as a returning customer. My favorite part is how easy it is to order over the phone, you call they use caller ID, they keep it very short and simple. There’s never any confusion Or ask stupid questions. They never make a mistake. They know the menu like the back of their hand. Honestly, just an amazing ran business. I’m astonished every time It’s the only place I’m willing to go through traffic to get food from. Hats off to the Richmond location

Food (that I got correct) was great
Customer Service by owners were absolute horrible. Called to have my order fixed and was told no. I ended up saying 1 swear word and all i got was a lecture from the owner on how thats rude. I apologized and asked to have my order fixed and he blantly talked over me and hung up. I then drove to there location to confront the issue. The “best” thing he’d offer is for me to pay 50%. So id be paying 1.5 times the cost to eat 1 item cause the other is garbage. The woman (im assuming wife and/or co-owner) just only yell and laugh at me rudely to where the owner had to tell her to stay away. They said my one swear word is horrible customer service (yet im the customer) and they just refuse to fix the mistake and laugh at me and argue (isn’t that actually horrible customer service)????
Worst owners of a business ive ever dealt with. Food was ok but cold by the time I got back home to eat the correct part of dinner. Service is worst ever. -5 stars at best. Wish the old owners never sold, they were always so polite. Delivery drive though was one of the best ever!

Thanks Rosatis. We spent $70 on this gem. They said they’d replace it in 30 minutes which would have been appreciated. However we’re now 3 hours and 10 minutes into my order and they can’t find the driver.
Good news they tried to give me store credit for “next time”.

Our family celebrated our July Christmas meal at Rosati’s today in Richmond, IL and were totally delighted with the food and the service. They treated us as honored guests and we couldn’t have been happier. Even though we arrived early due to the drenching weather they had prepared a place for us to comfortably and dryly eat and visit together. A Huge thank you, thank you, thank you to the staff on every level, for making our Christmas a truly joyful celebration. Bless you all. Dennis and family

Unfortunately we have to update our review and not for the better. The last 4 times we have ordered from them the food was over or under cooked. Our chicken fingers were so burnt they’re inedible. The fries are soggy & undercooked. They have forgotten things & messed up the order over and over. I can’t believe they send food out like this. We will not be ordering from here anymore, which is unfortunate because we used to love it. But after giving them several tries to get it right it’s Clear something has changed and Rosatis in Richmond no longer cares about sending out quality food.
The owner offered us free drinks while waiting for our to go order, so kind. The food is always delicious wether dining in or delivery. We love this place!
