Good food and even better people. Probably the best Einstein bagel I’ve been too and I’ve been to my fair share no complaints here! It’s so yummy. The drinks are very good and not too sweet. I kept forgetting to take photos so you just get to see half eaten stuff very well priced. Did I mention it’s very yummy? We also got the half a dozen bagels and they all were so yummy. I recommend the blueberry bagels along with there muffins.

This is my second time going to Einstein Bros. The first was in Tucson. And might I say. The energy was still the same. The staff were excited to be there & serve. The place was clean which I appreciate. Sadly, I couldn’t remember the amazing coffee I had in Tucson. But the sweet young lady at the check out tried to get it as close as she could passed off what I described. Still good. I wish we had one in my town. Thank you! ❤️

I went in and asked for bacon egg and cheddar with sausage she asked for two different types of sausage so I said the original. Mind you I worked at this location for 2 years. So I know the original is a regular sausage patty. That’s not what was on my Sammy. I went up and just asked for the other sausage just the patty and she felt the need to give her opinion and tell me thats not the original sausage. So I walked out left my sandwich and will never give them my business again. Which is sad cause I loved this place.

I went in with my daughter on a Saturday mid-morning. Kind of a daughter/mother brunch to kick off our mother/daughter day. We really enjoy Einstein’s, so this was extra disappointing. I ordered two bagels with schmear. The amount of schmear we got for $2 is ridiculous. If I’m paying $2 extra per bagel l, I don’t expect my bagels sides to to be touching. I will NOT be going to this location anymore. I hope this isn’t going to be a company spread policy about the amount of schmear.

Stopped by for bagels and was blown away by the service!!! the Staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everything was fresh, and they made sure i got exactly what I wanted. Exceptional service and great vibes. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was the third person in line and it took about 10 minutes to put in my order. Fortunately, one of the ladies asked for my order ahead of time so it would come out immediately after paying.
I got a brewed coffee and it was okay up until I got a mouthful of grounds at the end. The picture is after I ate like a quarter of it LOL. The people were really sweet though so absolutely zero complaints there 🙂

Update on 9/2/2025: After contacting Einstein’s through their website about the missing beverage machine, I received an email from their District Manager with a thoughtful explanation of the situation and a timeline of the machine’s return. I appreciate being heard and acknowledged.

Two stars for the lack of beverage machine that has been absent for 5 weeks now – despite staff telling me it’ll be back “next week”. I appreciate being able to refill my beverage/ice at will while dining, and not being able to do so here is making me rethink my weekly group stop.
Despite this one thing, staff is great and food is super.
Please bring the beverage machine back to the public counter!

Einstein Bros bagels are great. This one was kinda busy when I went there. Their app is kinda hard to navigate. But the employees are wonderful.

Very young in immature service staff..my cashier looked like she was bored to death and had just woke up from a long nap. Barely audible. Totally disengaged. Highly inattentive. Not a personId have dealing face to face with customers. Screwed up my coffee order twice.
