Got delivered a deep dish, wings, and mozzarella sticks. Came quickly, and fresh as everything as steaming hot, the wings were fantastic, along with the mozzarella, the deep dish left something to be desired. The tomato sauce tasted rather metallic. The bread seemed a tad undercooked and not salted enough.

Very pleasant person took our order, said within the hour, took about 45min.(busy Friday night) so that was great. Pizza just as ordered, great amount of toppings, cheese tasted so good. We started eating so forgot pictures. But it looked picture perfect. A couple previous times ordered it was disappointing, but this order was great.

Delivery was on time, the driver called upon arrival & brought everything to the dining area in thermal bags to keep it hot. Everyone enjoyed the food. Pizzas had crispy crust & generous toppings. Lasagne was moist & cheesy. I would order again.

Our family has been long time customers for many years! This is not the first time we’ve been disappointed. We ordered on a Tuesday at 5:00 p.m and were told our order would be delivered within the hour. It was 7:30 by the time out food was delivered! The pizza was not hot and for some reason tasted very bland. I’m sorry to say we will not be returning. We even pre-paid a $10.00 tip for 1 18 inch pizza.

This pizza was really good!!! The flavors were delicious and it had a good amount of cheese. I choose my pizza to be lightly cooked so that it wouldn’t be Soo darn brown on the top of it and it came out perfect.

I ordered a couple of pizzas for pickup, got there and had an unexpected issue, couldn’t get out of my car! The young lady on phone was very nice and concerned. A young man came outside in 0 degree weather to make sure everything was ok. The lady on the phone took my payment over the phone and the young man came back out with my pizza. Very nice staff and top-tier customer service!!!

I usually order pizza once or twice a week from Rosatis in Mchenry. I have noticed that they are not as tasty as usuall. The Monday deliveryguy to my area has almost missed my street twice and having to aply his breaks hard, causng the cheese to slide. Sauteed green peppers are not suateed, even after I requested such and was assured it would be. Way to crispy to be sauteed. I used to tought Rosatis as the best in town. Not anymore. Going back to Buddyz.
