Been coming here for ages and its always been a solid experience, friendly staff, fresh food and great customer service. Only had an issue 2 times in all the years and they were promt in resolving it. My girl even worked here for a bit and had no complaints. Hoping they keep up the consistency!

The food wa pretty good. However 3 slices had no cheese for the deep dish i had to use cheese of our own to cover it thats the reason for the low stars. I will not try them again since I seen the reviews and its a reoccurring problem they do not fix.

Very good pizza! and TOP NOTCH service. This place is friendly & inviting. I can’t remember the last time I had such a good slice. The flavor is on point, crust- crispy and soft where it needs to be. We got a Detroit style pepperoni/ sausage, all together this place and the staff (hey Gabriel & Parker!) are awesome I’ve found my new pizza home. Thank you guys!!!!

Man I kept trying! Ordered from yall 5 times and the order was wrong 4 times and today the pizza I ordered almost 2 hrs in advance wasn’t even fired yet…Afterrrr yall gave me 2 slices of pepperoni when I ordered two slices of cheese earlier in the day????…Like what are yall doing? How does a business run when everything Ive ordered is wrong all the time? Ridiculous! Two managers on duty and I cant get two slices of cheese pizza!!!! Also getting the wrong crumpled up refund receipt and have to wait to get my money back!? What a joke of a business!! UPDATE….2 weeks later never got my refund so apparently thats a challenge for this establishment as well!!

Jet’s is a hidden gem for amazing deep-dish pizza. It’s become our go-to spot for ordering pick-up and take-out. In the last 4 months, we’ve had Jet’s 3-times and not once has it been a let down. Their online app makes ordering simple and the countdown timer is super accurate. It is a little pricey, but we’re willing to pay a little more for food that doesn’t disappoint. We’ve never eaten inside, but for a pizza night, Jet’s is the spot!

The pizza was really good, we ordered ahead of time for a specific pick up time. When we arrived, it was exactly our pick up time and we still had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the pizza. If we didnt have to wait so long for it, this would’ve been a 5 star review.

I ordered Jets through Uber Eats. The pizza was stolen before my driver could pick it up but the manager refused to remake the food or cancel the order telling me it was my problem. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant setting.
