Since 1964, Rosati’s Pizza has been using old Italian family recipes to bring the freshest, most authentic Chicago Pizza to neighborhoods in many states (and we continue to grow)! We forego trends and stick to tradition in order to Keep It Real! We use Real Ingredients for all of our pizza — Chicago Deep Dish, Thin Crust, Stuffed, and Double Dough! Our dough and sauce are made fresh every day, and our delicious cheese is hand-grated daily. Ingredients? We pile them high! In addition to pizza, we’re known for our amazing Italian pasta dishes (baked lasagna, mostaccioli and more), Italian Beef sandwiches, homemade breadsticks, wings, and antipasto. This place was average. Kinda like others have said the pizza is very bread forward. I did however get a good cheese pull. The toppings could have been more abundant for the price.
I would not however go back for a second try. It’s a shame because I have only had Chicago pizza 1 other time at Lou’s and it was fantastic I however couldn’t make it all the way down there and I took my son here because he has never had Chicago style pizza and it was a big disappointment. He did not like this pizza.

The Italian beef with mozzarella cheese and hot jardiniere is amazing. I ordered it 2 days later but in garlic bread and it was even better. Pizza was a godfather it was perfect you can actually taste all the ingredients. Staff was cool and the service was fast.

We stopped by Rosati’s on our way to Six Flags. It happened to be Tuesday, so there was a deal on their 18″ pizza with free breadsticks. My friend checked the menu at the counter, and later when I went to place the order, I asked how long it would take. The staff member responded rudely, saying, “I told your friend already.”
The food came quickly (probably because there were zero tables occupied), but unfortunately, the pizza was disappointing — the crust was very flaky, more like a cracker than proper pizza dough. When my friend asked for some seasonings, the staff told us they “must be on the table,” but there were none. He then handed us oregano in a sauce cup lid — very unprofessional presentation, especially in a dine-in setting.
Overall, it was a bad experience — both in terms of food quality and customer service. I’ll be attaching a photo of the “seasoning” they gave us so you can see for yourself.

The staff here are so slow.They might as well be on the spectrum.They don’t know delivery addresses.They don’t know how to be polite customers.Apparently, they don’t even have a manager in the store while they’re operating being rude and completely disrespectful to customers.Whoever is working the phones today should be fired and never be allowed to work in customer service again. There are so many other pizza places to order from and the reviews for this particular rosadis isn’t very good.They better start improving something or they won’t be around for much longer.

We’ve ordered from here a bunch and quality of the food and service has really gone down hill in the past year or so. We waited almost an hour for a 2 pizza delivery called the store and the person on the phone played dumb and acted like he didn’t understand what the order # was or my name. Food was cold and not fresh when it arrived. Never ordering from this location again.

Alfredo and garlic bread was great. The deep dish was ok but not as cheesy as I thought. Apparently I should have asked what the legendary pizza was because maybe that would have been cheesier. The staff had great customer service. The dining area looked nice and plenty of parking

My family ordered from Rosati’s for the first time last night and we were impressed. The woman who took the order via phone was so polite and was willing to answer any questions I had. She suggested their “stuffed” pizza. We ordered that, an order of garlic cheese bread, fried ravioli and soda. It arrived at our hotel after about 40 minutes and it did not disappoint! The sheer amount of cheese on the pizza puts Wisconsin pizza to shame. WOW! The pizza was massive. The sauce was on the sweeter side, but still good. The raviolis were my favorite part. My husband liked the garlic cheese bread. Everything was delicious! We also appreciate that the staff sent along plates, napkins and utensils. We are traveling with two young kids so this helped so much! There was also a heaping amount of parmesan and pepper packets. Overall, highly recommend! Great service and food. So glad we gave this local spot a try!

I got a gyro, large cheese fry from this particular location and I was impressed wit everything. The staff was better than great and the gyro to this day is the best I ever had. The fries were perfect…. The price had me thinking it wasn’t going to be all that but I was wrong and I’m going back in a bit… Try them and thank me later.

Service is horrific. Management – owners don’t allow employees to be nice to customers. Group of 8. Asked for 2L Pepsi. Denied and said 2L is for take out not dine in. Guess they needed to sell us (loot us) for 8 regular bottle Pepsi.
When we asked for crushed red pepper, prefer $ parm cheese – that took forever! We were kngniene eating. Had to get it ourselves. Ha ha
