Visiting from Connecticut and found this place close to the hotel. Wasn’t expecting much for a quick bite of pizza and couple salads but wow, me and my family were really impressed. The food was delicious, the classic combo pizza was really outstanding. Highly recommend! The man that helped us out also offered to bring us out our food while we waited for it in the car which we appreciated.

My spouse who hates mushrooms. We got into fight, over mushrooms!
They made a 2nd pizza at no cost. Had not planned to leave the house that night because it was snowing, but had to go back for the corrected pizza.

The salad is always delicious and hearty! I have no complaints. The pizza slices are huge, too big for the box, you might want to put it on a paper plate instead. Just a suggestion. Had a slice today, it was ok. But I’m in love with your salads for sure.

3 years ago I made a review and it was fantastic. Lately there food has been… “meh….”. We Ordered tonight, 11/5/23. Not sure if it was an off night but the dough nuggets where over done and the Pizza wasn’t done enough…. had better here and saddend its not the same taste it has been.

pizza always comes hot out of the oven when it gets delivered! Crust always has a nice crunch no matter if the piece is from the middle or the edge!

Not real happy with the service, pricing or fact that every pizza we pick up latley is smashed when we get it.
Delivery guy always brings a good pizza – not sure why the kid at the desk has to turn the pizza sideways before he gives it to us.

We really enjoy a rare treat that is a Rosati’s Monster Pizza. We order the extra large double-dough, fully loaded “monster” ask them to add pineapple and burn it and what we get is pure pizza heaven! I do not think the pictures to it justice and the scale of this thing is enormous!
The staff is courteous, polite and patient. Rarely is something wrong on the order. I chalk this up to the fact that Rosati’s isn’t one of the big chain stores. This allows them to take more care in getting it right, over getting it fast. I really think everyone should try a Rosati’ monster pizza once in their lives, but save up your allowance, or the box coupons, as they are a bit more than the chain store pizza. But then, all things of quality cost a bit more than the average stuff. And man-o-man, it is worth every penny!

I always order from them and always leave a tip. Last time before Christmas I gave a driver $20 tip on $40 order… But after this note I got very disappointed. I tip $2 because I feel like it maybe I’m low on money atm who cares anyway. Tip is an option it’s not mandatory to pay.

The service is fantastic, we typically have a lot of lurker requests, like, pie cut, half this half that, well done, you name it. And always comes piping hot fresh and perfect. The delivery guys are the best. One of them brings biscuits for our dog and she loves him for it. Outstanding service excellent food, and perfect Friday night experience. Thank you Rosatis Grayslake!
