Pizza is ok but they have false advertising on their website. The cheese sticks look nothing like the picture. They only give you 3 bread sticks with a little bit of cheese on top for $7.50. And there’s a review from FOUR YEARS AGO complaining about this same issue. They haven’t fixed the problem and continue to just take people’s money. Also their online coupons don’t work even though they are directly on their website. I feel cheated.

If I could give it a 0 star, I would. I ordered a regular 18-inch thin crust pizza with two toppings, one meat, and a full pound of boneless wings. The pizza crust was about burnt. I’m usually a crust-eater, my favorite part, but I couldn’t even eat that. The wings were also disappointing. There were only 10 boneless wings in the tray, and they weren’t even big boneless wings. They were very small, and they cost an additional $15.99 for 10 boneless wings. Overall, the pizza and boneless wings were not worth what I paid for.

Cary rosatis is the worst. Pizza is paper thin, skimp on cheese and sauce. I work in cary and everyone orders from crystal lake rosatis and pay the extra delivery. What a waste of money, I rather have made a Jacks frozen pizza.

Other Rosati from Deerfield area gave us fresh salad with sweet italian sauce. Well this location didn’t give us their sweet italian. Maybe they don’t have it here? Still. My romaine should be fresh though. Pink stuff on romaine is not right. Old romaine. 2 stars only for fries.

We just moved here from Streamwood and would go to the Streamwood Rosatis all the time. THIS Rosatis is nothing like the Streamwood location. The pizza seems like it’s frozen and there is so much moisture build up over the top part of the crust, it is super soggy. You can taste the frozen-ness of this pizza, it just tastes gooey. The cheese was burned, probably because they were trying to cook a frozen pizza. There was barely any salt on the pizza, we had to add more which is something I have never done in my entire life. The cheese, due to the moisture content built up between the crust and cheese caused the cheese to literally slide off the pizza.

The meat mania pizza was very good with a very good amount of toppings evenly distributed. Thin crust was nice and flaky. Mild buffalo wings were good lots of extra sauce. Garlic parm wings had ok flavor and were sitting in a lot of oil. Sauce was lacking consistency. Employees were nice and food was ready when promised. Ordering online was super easy and fast.

Ordered a pizza from Rosati’s at 6:00. They said it would arrive within the hour. 7:30 comes around so we call to make sure it’s still on the way. They tell us the driver just left and it will be here soon. 8:15 comes and we call again, only to be told the pizza was dropped off at the wrong address, and we were never told. They offered to either refund it, or told us we could wait another hour for a new pizza to come. What a joke. Will not be ordering from here again.

So a few weeks ago we ordered from here and upon getting home we found out that one of our 18 inch pizzas had the wrong ingredients. Yes I know we should have checked at the restaurant, but they should have the ability to make pizza properly. We immediately called in and was offered a free pizza on our next order. Fast forward to tonight we called in to use the free pizza along with another pizza. On the phone we were told one would be free. Upon my wife and son arriving they said if we got the pizza the night it was originally ordered they could Honor it being free, but since it was a different time we needed to pay. For this dishonest way of doing business I strongly recommend people find another pizza place. Complete rip off.

After a week of waiting for my refund to be issued after they claimed it would be, it never was and I called back and was told I should “come in person to get cash”, just refund my credit card you clowns.

This is one of my top 3 favorite pizzas of all time!!! I got pepperoni, mushroom and garlic. Everything was delicious, the crust, the sauce toppings (especially the garlic that explodes flavor in your mouth).
