First visit, takeout: ordered a thin crust veggie with Italian sausage and pepperoni, super impressed! Crust was cracker crispy and the sauce was perfect, nice & cheesy, flavor of the ingredients were on point (sausage was ).
Second visit, dine-in: ordered an Italian beef lunch combo, dipped with hot giardinera. Fantastic!

This place has went above and beyond and OUT-PIZZA’ed the hut. The Chicago deep dish is worth more than any money you could ever pay. I will never eat any other pizza as long as I live. This place is the Michael Jordan of pizza, the Tom Brady of sauce, the Babe Ruth of crust, the Wayne Gretzky of cheese, The greatest of all time.

Deep dish is fantastic. Super crunchy and great flavor. Double dough was very thick (hence the name) but didn’t have much flavor, and instead of being any level of crisp it was chewy . Not my personal favorite but others may enjoy it.
Also, since I live an hour away, I have to note that the deep dish and mozzarella sticks travel very well. Also re- heats in the oven to still have that superior crispy crust!

Stopped to use the supercharger nearby and was surprised and excited to see that there was a Chicago style restaurant within walking distance. Very glad we came here for lunch as everything was fantastic. I’m from Chicago and I was admittedly not optimistic, but I ordered the Italian Beef, dipped/wet, with extra hot giardiniera — it was great! Tons of meat, very flavorful and huge. My wife had the wings and they were massive and perfectly crispy. Would love to try the deep dish one day!
The dining area is tiny but fortunately we were the only table there at the time. Service was great and food came out fast.

What a great hidden gem! They use high quality ingredients and the pizza is delicious! The owners are so nice and friendly. Very enjoyable. We had the monster pizza special and devoured it! The tiramisu dessert wasn’t as good. It was as described so I knew it wasn’t traditional but it lacked flavor. I do recommend for the pizza!

We’re visiting from Georgia for youth soccer vs. Knoxville. Rosati’s is right next to our hotel.
I’m admittedly a PIZZA SNOB and won’t eat mass-produced big chain pizza… even if it’s offered for free. Life is too short to eat bad pizza.
I was pleasantly surprised by Rosati’s!!!
I ordered a 12″ Thin Crust with sausage and mushroom. It was DELICIOUS. The Crust was slightly charred and crunchy. It had ample quality cheese, and the sauce was unique, not your basic plain red. It was actually seasoned well. I could taste basil and oregano. The tasty sausage was big chunk, which I prefer over crumbled.
The owner checked on my take out order a couple of times and was very friendly.
There are several tables for dine in. The atmosphere is cozy and clean.
I highly recommend this pizzeria ☆☆☆☆☆

Stopped by here when I was going to go to 5 guys. But hey, let’s try a local joint right?? I wanted to try their Chicago Deep Dish, but didn’t want to wait 30 minutes, so I got their shaved b eef sandwich. It tasted like the meat was microwaved. Ugh. Then it was toasted, but the bread wouldn’t come off the foil. So I ended up eating the sandwich with a fork and knife. It was all a little disappointing.

Absolutely best pizza in Knoxville!!!! The deep dish Chicago style is worth every penny!!!! Cheesy garlic bread is outstanding!! We have already been back twice and will continue to do so. Deep dishes take about 30-40 mins to cook so I would definitely call it in before you go there. Everything comes in to go boxes so it’s very easy to pick up and go.
