This is our second time trying the Daniels location as we always order from the Estero location. We are from Chicago so love our Rosatis pizza. The first time we ordered the deep dish and needless to say when we got home (cape coral) it was not a deep dish it was way to thin and sauce was sparadic on it and very little cheese. Called and they apologized and asked to give them another chance. Yesterday my husband ordered again saying they won’t mess up again, I asked him to order from Estero but he wanted to give them another chance. Unfortunately that was a mistake. The deep dish was almost as thin as the thin crust we ordered and ALL sauce there was NO cheese and just a couple pieces of sausage. It was horrible that we didn’t even eat it. If you are going to franchise a Rosatis please please make the deep dish right. It’s a waste of money and gas to go way out there and not get a true deep dish. And get something not even edible. The young guy behind the counter was very nice when we picked up the food.

We wanted to love this Rosatis location as we live farther North and we are chi-town folks. 1st time we ordered 2 XL cheese & sausage par baked , and 4 cheefs. 2 cheefs werent cheefs at all with melted mozzarella and 2 were supposed to be with garlic bread. They didnt have the garlic bread. Thought something missing with the pizza, just couldnt put my finger on it. The other day we ordered a medium cheese & sausage pizza, 2 cheefs on garlic bread. Again- both were not on garlic bread.

Prices on the menu are not what they charge. When I asked why an already expensive 12” pizza (17.99) cost 22.99 the counter person said they held off on the price increase as long as they could but didn’t get the new menus yet. It’s been a couple of weeks. If you’re charging 27.8% more than the menu price, I think you’re obligated to inform the customer ahead of time. Shady business practice at a minimum. On another note…take down the tacky sign about tipping.

Menu price was $19.99 for the pizza we ordered, cashier said total was $26.95 when I questioned the total she had someone from the back come up as she was new. He tells me the menu prices aren’t right he said prices in computer are right and everything has gone up $3-$4. He said there use to be a sign at the door but doesn’t know what happened to it and that they haven’t gotten new menus yet. I said “you can’t do that” your advertising the price at $19.99 he apologized but didn’t even offer to honor the price on the menu which he should have done in this situation! Poor business operations so we left after telling him that is bad business and I will not do business with someone like that!

Was recently in Chicago and had Rosati’s. I’m new to the Ft. Myers area and was stoked to find out there was a Rosati’s 10 min from me. We had it delivered and the pizza was hot and just as I remembered. Also, I tried the Italian Beef Sandwich and it was amazing as well. So glad I found this, as this will be my weekly go to pizza.

First time coming here, and I will definitely come back. The service was phenomenal, the food was delicious (very large pizzas) The kids meal pizzas are very big and so worth the price. The Zeppole dessert is delicious and the order was more then enough for my family (family of 6) We had so much pizza and dessert left over I have leftover for dinner the next day. This is my now go to for pizza.

After arriving home I stepped out of my vehicle only to look down and realize that the pizza had not only dripped grease and food all over my car seat, but on my shirt as well. The box was very poorly put together. The pizza itself was a sloppy looking mess. No care or effort was put into this order. Will not be returning and will deter others from eating here. Would give zero stars if I could.
