I recently visited Rosati’s and I have to say, this place truly delivers top tier pizza. From the moment you take your first bite, you can tell they use fresh ingredients. They shred their mozzarella in house and chop fresh vegetables every morning, and the quality really shines through.
The Chicago style pizza is incredible. It is loaded with toppings and packed with bold flavor. Every slice feels hearty and satisfying, exactly what you want from a true deep dish pizza.
The thin crust was just as impressive. We ordered the white pizza and the garlic oil had the perfect amount of flavor without being overpowering. It was balanced, crispy, and absolutely delicious.
We also tried the pasta and you could immediately taste the housemade sauce. The difference between this and a typical sauce is night and day. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
If you are looking for quality pizza made with care, Rosati’s is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend.

We were visiting Raleigh for a expo at Fairgrounds. This is almost 2.5 hours from home for us. Decided to make the drive to try the Chicago Deep Dish pizza after reading reviews. We were absolutely blown away by the friendly staff, fast service, and amazing food. We tried some thin crust and a Chicago Deep Dish. We were depressed driving home knowing we don’t have anything that comes close to this place in our home area. The sauce used on the Deep dish is to die for. It is hearty and has a flavor unlike anything we have ever had. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Sadia was SO nice and sweet to me and my friends and made us feel at home. We specifically wanted to visit Rosati today before we left back to Charlotte, NC. Sadia was so funny, welcoming, charming and her sweetness was infectious!

Only wish they had a location closer to Fuquay Varina. The Davis dr location is the best in the Triangle. We are from Northern IL and there is a pizza place that is a Chicago Poser that is closer to us but Rosatis is worth the drive. Try the thin crust! Real Chicagoans eat thin crust! You won’t regret it.

We got the Rosati’s Monster pizza and some breadsticks and it was all extremely good! The pizza was well made with good ingredients and the thin crust was great. The seasoning on the breadsticks was delicious and the way they were cut smaller was also very nice. I didn’t rate atmosphere because we got delivery, but the food was delivered very hot/fresh and came significantly earlier than the wait we were told. The delivery lady was very friendly and courteous. Overall an excellent experience!

Ok, I found this place after looking for some good pizza locations to try. Happened to be in the area and we figured let’s give it a shot.
This pizza spot is in a wonderful community area in Morrisville. We came in and over heard a customer from Durham says he drives over just to get the deep dish because it’s the best he’s found here.
I’m immediately thinking, no deep dish is better than Giordano’s in Chicago. We start with an appetizer of wings, order a thin crust and deep dish.
The lady who appears to be the owner brought us some no sauce wings, as requested. OMG they were cooked and seasoned to perfection they lasted about 3 minutes on the table. They were plated very well and apparently came with some homemade ranch which my wife loved.
The thin crust spinach and chicken pizza were delicious. Let me get to the point of this deep dish!!!! Hands down probably edges out Giordano’s real close, that crust was so buttery with a perfect toasted crunch. It was fantastic!!!! The sauce was flavorful and had a little sweetness on the tomatoes that seems to be made in house. We are so glad we found Rosatis. We asked the owners if this was their only store and she said there is no other affiliation with any other location, the Morrisville location is their store. At this point I’m not sure I honestly want to try another location. We tore through these pizzas before I realized I didn’t snag a picture. They were such a pleasure to visit and chat with. If you want a good pizza Rosatis is delicious. Only thing to take note is when you order a deep dish pizza make sure you verify the pricing difference.

As a visitor to Morrisville, I googled “deep dish pizza near me”. I was thrilled when Rosati’s popped up AND they deliver. We were working late and I didn’t have lunch so I ordered the deep dish Monster. The pizza and the delivery service were both great. Don’t hesitate to give them a try. I will definitely order again whenever I am in town!

We’ve been looking for a good Chicago pizza and found Rosati’s in Morrisville. We ordered it to go, and by the time we got back to Durham, we were running in the house to get a piece. If you want to drive yourself crazy, take a 20 minute drive with this pie smelling up the whole car, in the best way possible (it even got all the other icky smells out). The pie was oooey, gooey, and delicious. It was much cheaper than flying to Chicago to get a good pie. Visit Rosati’s you won’t be disappointed.

Last night, my wife and I ordered the Sausage Supreme Deep Dish pizza for pickup, and let me tell you…. maybe the best meal I’ve had since moving to Durham a few months back. I was craving some Chicago-style pizza and heard about Rosati’s through a coworker. I read quite a few reviews online for 4 different spots, looked through some reddit forums on deep dish in the triangle area, and took a chance with Rosati’s, as it appeared to be highly rated and reasonably priced. It absolutely hit the SPOT. Crust was awesome, the ratio of cheese/sauce/toppings was perfect, and the sauce was OUTSTANDING – very flavorful with a hint of sweetness to it. We will 100% be returning.
The lady at the front counter was also super nice, both over the phone and in person!
