I was a regular customer and now after being treated rudely by the cashier, I won’t ever return. He was so concerned that my 4.y.o. grandson would touch something that he was mumbling under his breath some rather rude remarks. Then when I put in the wrong pin for my card and had to start over, he got angry and asked (with an attitude) “Are you done?” I was the only one at the register. There was no line. I finally looked at him (with an attitude) and asked, “Are you okay?” After he said he was okay, I said, “Well it certainly doesn’t seem like it. You’ve had an attitude since we walked in. Don’t worry, we won’t return. I don’t spend money where we aren’t welcome.”

Aside from being a nicely-stocked convenience store, it also has a great deli! They will make a large variety of hot and cold heros that are generously filled. There is a full hot buffet that always seems freshly made with lots of variety. The cold beverage selection is huge! There is even a salad and fruit selection. The parking lot is small, but it’s worth the effort.

Soggy panini, soggy cannolis, big guy behind the counter said “as soon as I sit down” when I walked up to the register. How about you sit down when your shift is over. 25$ for basically trash. Oh yeah and 4pm the grill is closed for the day. Terrible deli. Much rather go to other small delis in Pelham.

all their “gourmet “ sandwiches posted on the board are 8.99 or less
not wanting to read through everything we ordered a tuna sandwich with american and some basic sandwich vegetables and a chicken cutlet wrap.
at the register they rung the tuna at $15!!! and 11.99 for the chicken cutlet!!
when i asked the guy said “be nice”
when we got home opened the sandwich it was missing cheese and disgustingly made
never again

I really do love the deli but my problem always lays with the people behind the deli counter they never know what I’m saying no matter how clear I am and loud any other store I go to I never have a problem it really does get frustrating at time and on top of that with miscommunication just disappointing

The prices listed for sandwiches are more than a year old, so make sure you ask before you buy. And they charge extra for paying with a card… but that’s not posted anywhere. I bought a reuben sandwich that was listed as 7.99 but I was charged $11. Food is good, but not worth those prices.

We ordered food from here for our daughter’s graduation party. After sampling food at several other places, we decided Pelham Gourmet was our favorite. The pernil (roast pork) we ordered was delicious, everyone was asking where it was from and couldn’t stop talking about it. The maduros were also terrific. Our only complaint was we ordered arroz con gandules and we didn’t receive that. We received something labeled “Spanish rice” (there were no gandules in it). Not a huge deal because it was still good, but it wasn’t what we had ordered. We definitely recommend trying this place if you are hosting a party or event and need to order food. There is a great selection of different foods to choose from, and everything we sampled was really good!

I eat here daily. Great hit breakfast. Lunch- cold sandwiches made to order. Juice bar made to order. Fresh salad and fruit daily. Homemade soups of the day. Also hot food buffet. Of course hot tea and coffee. Love it
