We were in Hobbs and decided to have a gathering after a funeral. It is self-serve; upon entering you place your order, pick up your silverware, condiments and pick a table. We pushed 5 tables together to accommodate the large group. Service was fast, servings were huge, food was very tasty and atmosphere was colorful. You felt you were in an authentic Mexican restaurant. If you find yourself in Hobbs and have a hankering for Mexican food, give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Rosa’s is a family favorite! The kids love to watch the tortilla machine, and the food is ready SUPER fast. I appreciate that so much. I personally love the food. I usually have the cheese enchiladas with red sauce, and they are fabulous. Sometimes I get a dozen tortillas to take home. The kids love the sweet tea there.

The decor and atmosphere are pretty cool and interesting but the food was horrible. The boy who took our order didn’t know anything and had to keep asking other people and got most of our order wrong anyway. Save your money and go to Taco Bell.

Best Mexican food in my life. Really good dinner of an enchilada, beef taco, guacamole, tamale, and tostada. Really fresh food and fresh salsa bar… and plates come with two fresh tortillas. Went back again the next night. It’s not high end restaurant level but it’s dang close for a “fast food” place. Highly recommend! Went in on Taco Tuesday and simply fresh veggies on delicious tacos. This is a fantastic meal at an unreal price. Place is clean and employee are always extremely polite. Apparently management is doing a terrific job. You skip this place and its your loss!

I called and complained and all they said was I am sorry sir… over priced and didn’t deliver on what we ordered.. then called me and asked for order number. Always delicious. Fast, good quality food. You order from a line, get your drinks and condiments which are fantastic, and your number is called almost immediately. Tortillas come off the press moments before you are eating them. There isn’t one of these cafes in my home town, so I try to time my trips for meals when I go to or through a town that has one

The food was AMAZING. It’s a little confusing at first cuz it looks like a restaurant but the service is like a taco bell. You order you food, wait for your number to be called, Pick a spot to eat and enjoy. I personally like it better that way when you have kids to wrestle with. The atmosphere was beautiful and if you have a large group you just scoot the chairs and tables.
