First off i want to know when a 15 dollar plate started looking like this, now when i went in to see if i coukd possibly get another plate and an exchange for the wrong order of another plate the employee wanted to help but the manager quickly took over, she was a taller hispanic lady with a bit of a mustache, anyways she started speaking to her coworker in spanish thinking i didnt understand an said im crazy that the plate was heavy; in my mind i stated whats heavy is the onions and beans lady, theres only a spit of fajitas on the should be called onions and fajita plate. I later was greeted by another one of her coworkers which was a was more helpful person as he helped me get my order out quicker being that i was now waiting 20 minutes for a new plate which was my mistake i shouldve just accepted a refund. Hes a phillipino man and made a great impression being an employee in mh opinion he should be the manager instead.

Do you know what it is like to get tacos in less than 5 minutes? When you go to Rosa’s Café and Tortilla Factory you will. The food was HOT, FRESH and DELICIOUS. We the family were on a road trip and came across this eatery in New Mexico and was it a treat to find. The service was super fast and everything was on point. The atmosphere was nice not noisy and not crowded. The establishment was clean the workers were very nice and fast to get your order ready and out to you, did I mention it was HOT!! My son (I do not know how this is even possible) does not like Hispanic food near as much as his mom and myself but he had to say “These are the BEST tacos I have ever had.” He does eat some Hispanic foods just not as much as me and his mom. He complimented the lettuce and tomatoes that the tacos had been dressed with. He said “the lettuce and tomatoes are so fresh and everything is crispy why can’t other restaurants do this?” He made that statement as he was eating all of the scraps on his plater. We all got the taco plate/plater can’t remember what it was to be exact but it was delicious. He was confused about the way you enter the line and did not know what to think about that lay out/design. Over all we loved it and will be looking for this establishment again to visit.

Cute little restaurant food was really good. Service was OK. They do offer a margarita but I don’t believe there’s actually any tequila in it. Prices are fair more of a fast food environment then sit down Mexican restaurant. Worth a visit for lunch.

The food is good but the cake is not worth what they charge at all it was gross and dry, I can make a way better cake then this it’s like a 5 year old made it. I had to post this horrible made cake that wasn’t worth what I paid for. It’s missing frosting all the way around and because it a stacked cake it should have frosting or something in the middle.
It taste dry we are definitely disappointed. Whoever made the cake today they are not the person for the job please take them off making the cake. This cake went in the trash.

Best Mexican food in my life. Really good dinner of an enchilada, beef taco, guacamole, tamale, and tostada. Really fresh food and fresh salsa bar… and plates come with two fresh tortillas. Went back again the next night. It’s not high end restaurant level but it’s dang close for a “fast food” place. Highly recommend! Went in on Taco Tuesday and simply fresh veggies on delicious tacos. This is a fantastic meal at an unreal price. Place is clean and employee are always extremely polite. Apparently management is doing a terrific job. You skip this place and its your loss!

This was the best Mexican food I have had in a long time. I saw the tortillas being made fresh and if you put some honey inside you had a delicious dessert. The guacamole and the tender beef was cooked to perfection along with rice & beans. I took a plate to go for the next day. This was a splendid place for a Father’s Day dinner.

I had cheese enchilada plate, then went back for chips. Food is “fast-foody” good. I was impressed by the condiment bar. Any place that offers whole fresh jalapeños is good in my book. If I need fast food, this is the place.
