We checked this place out for lunch recently and had a good meal. You order at the counter and then take your seat in the spacious dining room. I tried the 3 amigo enchilada plate and my wife tried the taco plate. Everything came out quick and hot. Our meals had great flavor. The fresh made tortillas were amazing, especially with a little honey and butter. Overall, our food was good, but pricey. For the taco plate, enchilada plate, chips and salsa, bean and cheese taco and 3 drinks it was $46. We would try this place again when in the area.

Honestly, I’m flabbergasted at what they consider a $7 burrito. This at best is a taco. So, I guess be warned if you get a burrito it comes with literally just taco meat and it isnt wrapped just folded in half like a taco…..Also they handed me the food order crooked and it looks like they were pretty careless about putting the food in the bag, so I now have queso all over my bag and box and my tamales are totally mashed up and don’t look terribly appetizing. Will never eat here again. This was not worth the price at all.

Ordered the combo fajita fiesta platter and there was basically one serving of fajita chicken and beef. I feel totally ripped off! This was supposed to be a family meal…

Fun, Colorful Spot with Fresh Tortillas and Great Prices

I’ve now been to Rosa’s Café on Precinct Line (just before it becomes Davis) a couple of times — both visits on a Sunday after church — and it’s quickly become one of my go-to spots for casual, tasty Mexican food.

The vibe here is bright, colorful, and festive — definitely more on the fun, touristy side than traditional or rustic, but that’s part of its charm. Everything from the bold paint colors to the playful decor gives off a cheerful, welcoming energy, and the place is always buzzing with locals and families.

They have plenty of seating, with a mix of booths and tables, making it great for parties of two or larger groups. One of my favorite features is the window where you can watch them make fresh tortillas — such a nice touch that adds to the experience.

The self-serve salsa bar is convenient and has a great variety, and you can fill your own drinks at the soda fountain. I noticed they do offer beer, though I didn’t see margaritas (but I could be wrong). Either way, it’s a solid, no-fuss option for good food at a very reasonable price.

Overall, Rosa’s Café is a lively, family-friendly restaurant that delivers fresh food, fast service, and fun atmosphere. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Received food through drive thru. Here is my biggest complaint. The food served in the drive thru does not compare to the quality or quantity when being served inside. Its almost a rip off. My plate was half the amount of food if I were able to come inside. Next time I know, come I side order then leave. Thank you

I went on a Taco Tuesday… when I saw the parking lot I started to question my decision to grab food here…

DANG! I put my “to-go” order in for the Party Taco Platter for some family members with a brand new baby. The crew working Taco Tuesday had me in-and-out in 10 minutes.

The food was great, the portions are always excellent, the staff were as friendly as could be.

I was truly impressed! Thanks Rosa’s!!!

I’ve neer had a bad experience at this location. I didn’t check my order on the spot. Kind of disappointed because I wanted my bacon and egg plate.

Authentic Mexican food at a good price. All the employees smile and are helpful. This is my daughter’s favorite place to eat. When she comes to town, its the first place she wants to eat. 10+ Stars!!

Usually they do fairly well. Asked for enchiladas with queso. Even the receipt says ‘queso’, three times. It had sour cream on it. I wasn’t about to drive back through traffic, 15 mile round trip, to fix it. I’ll just never go there again. Thanks for ruining my lunch.
