Quality and Quantity of food was GREAT. Our server was very good and attentive. The complimentary chips and salsa was great! We had the popcorn shrimp and chicken taquito appetizer and we both had the steak fajitas for dinner….the only ‘complaint’ I had is we added guacamole to our meals and although it was very tasty it was EXTREMELY SKIMPY for the $2.00 extra charge each.

Solid place overall. For some reason they 86’d our favorite appetizer on the menu, the avocado fries. We w visited a couple of times recently and the server said they ran out, and on my last visit it’s removed from the menu. To me this was a deciding factor for many of my visits (my daughter loved them) and now that they are gone, I look to other places in the area.

The “queso” was really just nacho cheese from a movie theater’s nacho box…. and the “salsa” i got with my free chips (which i was initially really excited about) was really just a tub of tomato sauce….. who’s really in the kitchen here?…. lol

A superb first time trip across the border to Rosalita’s! Loacated on the sunny side of the street on US9, Englishtown, NJ. , plenty of parking and convenient location along the highway will welcome you. The entrance in delightfully decorated not only at the hostess station but throughout. Clean and impressive space between tables along with a large bar area give many choices to the customers. The menu is just the right size with plenty to offer along with a vegetarian selection. Tequila and specialty margaris to select from are well represented. Our party ordered both specialty and regular margaritas and not one disappointed! The food was fresh, warm at service and plentiful for the healthiest of eaters. There was no problem adding special requests with our plates and the service was friendly and prompt as you would expect from any restaurant that takes pride in it’s customers. I will definitely be returning to run down the menu for more great food and specialty margaritas!!
