Absolutely Outstanding – Those Spring Rolls Are the Best in the World!
I’ve been coming to Rory’s of Edmonds for years – it’s the perfect neighborhood spot with a lively sports bar vibe, friendly staff who make you feel like a regular, great drinks, and that awesome outdoor deck when the weather cooperates. The pub food is always solid (love the fish tacos and the French Dip), but recently I tried their spring rolls when they were running as a weekly special, and wow… they completely stole the show.
Crispy on the outside, perfectly seasoned and packed with fresh flavor inside, with a dipping sauce that ties it all together – these are hands-down the best spring rolls I’ve ever had anywhere. A friend in our group chat (who we all call “Admin”) went on a full rant about how they’re legitimately the best in the world and that Rory’s has to put them on the permanent menu because specials just aren’t enough. I’m 100% with Admin on this one – please make them a regular item! We need these year-round.
If you haven’t been to Rory’s yet, go now. Great food, great atmosphere, great people. Highly recommend!

This is a busy and well managed restaurant. It has more of a bar vibe than a diner and the food somewhat confirms that.
Service was fast and the food was better than average bar food but still missed its mark. If you’re sitting on the patio, you can get really good beach and mountain views. On a good day you can catch amazing sunsets as well. Drinks were good and the server was friendly with prompt service.

Had my hubby’s birthday diner in there last week. You can seat yourself whenever you want we sat in the patio. The waitress was incredibly kind and helpful, she even suggested to take a picture of us at the sunset, that was so nice of her. The service was fast and the food was delicious and fresh! Relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views is all you need for a nice dining experience.

So glad I stopped here for lunch! Service was phenomenal, as was the food, and overall ambiance. Seating at the fireplace is fun and unique.

We went last night and loved it. My wife and I split a full rack of ribs and our son had the prime rib sandwich with au jus sauce. It’s our favorite place to go in Downtown Edmonds. I watched a little of the hockey game as well. Rory’s is our go to place. There’s also a happy hour that ends at 5pm if you feel like going early. I think it starts around 3pm-5pm.

I have been coming here since 2003 and I just introduced my daughter to this gem. I had the Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad (best ever!) and my daughter had the Bacon Cheeseburger and we were both impressed. Such a cute and relaxed spot. Good vibes, nice atmosphere and awesome staff. Can’t wait to visit again ❤️

It seems like they’re suffering from a staff shortage. My order took 35 minutes. The food didn’t taste as good as before, either. It’s sad one ofy favorite places is becoming like this.

The best bar and restaurant in Edmonds! Always good vibes. Service is great and attentive. Great place to get a quick bite. The food is good – love the southwest chicken salad!!!!

Really good food, had the Philly cheese steak on a gf bun with clam chowder and it was delicious. Good prices too and prompt service. Want to come back and try the ribs. The outdoor seating has a nice view with heaters as well.
