Westchester may feel a bit like a desert when it comes to familiar chain and fast food franchises, so locations like this one have learned to adapt to their surroundings. While the service and atmosphere are surprisingly pleasant for a Golden Arches location, there are a few restrictions that might hinder your experience—namely, a very limited value menu and no guest-facing fountain beverage stations. That wouldn’t be a huge issue… except don’t ask for a refill for the road—it’s not happening. That said, it definitely brought back some great memories of college nights and late-night drive-thru sessions. Not perfect, but it still holds a bit of nostalgic charm if you know what to expect.

I order the same thing at every McDonald’s on the rare occasion I go. “Number 3, medium with a coke” is exactly what I say every time, I was only charged for the sandwich not the meal. I was willing to pay the difference when I got to the next window and was nice about it but was then told “you ordered it wrong” no wonder they have under 4 stars. Oh and the fries were cold when I finally got them.

I opted to go inside one night as opposed to the drivethrough which can sometimes take 10-15 minutes or more at this location. Stood at the counter for awhile until someone finally came by and I asked if I could place an order. They kept moving on and told me to use the automated kiosk.
Proceeded to do that until I got to the payment section which doesn’t have a cash option. Waited again at the counter, same employee walked past and I again asked if I could place an order here instead of the kiosk.
“Sir, I told you before that you need to use the kiosk”
“How do you use the kiosk and pay with cash?”
Stared at me for a few seconds before punching in my order. All that so I could be charged $16.50 for 2 McDoubles, a McChicken and a Sweet Tea that used to be on the dollar menu and come out to less than $10 not too long ago.
Experience like this reminds me why I don’t bother with McDonalds anymore. Rather spend that much money somewhere else on much better food.

Imagine making people go through the drive thru 2 separate times because they’re with their friend and they both have separate mobile order codes. NEVER IN MY LIFE, has a McDonald’s made me go through the drive through 2 separate times for something like that. These workers are weird and rude and it’s specialty the female ones that are more rude.

Get your McRibs now in November this year. They are very delicious. Overall the McDonalds place has some friendly staff and the food is really good that it makes you nice and stuff. If you order any drink, then I suggest you order a large drink so you can drink a lot while eating your meal. Additionally, you can get unlimited refill on drinks so you can go and go and get your refills. A cheap place that you can go to which can be quick and easy if you are looking for a place to eat. But if you want to get your McRibs, get them now because it is limited and it will be awhile before they have the McRib again.

The worst place I’ve ever been to. I told them 6 times that I wanted an iced coffee with oat milk, and spent about 10 minutes explaining exactly what I needed. While waiting for my order, I noticed on the receipt that instead of an iced coffee with oat milk, they charged me separately for oatmeal and a regular coffee. When I pointed it out, they only refunded me for the oatmeal. I had to explain again that I’m lactose intolerant, and only then was I told they only have regular milk. I ended up having to cancel the entire order.
