I have been a regular for about 2 years, not only was Shays service absolutely awful, this was the worst service ive received in my entire time as an adult. Glares for ordering drinks, sloppy and disgusting drinks when they arrived, cold awful food, and an atmosphere of “please leave”. I have been a no fuss, super simple customer, order drinks sit quietly for 2 years and apparently that is not enough to receive literally BASIC customer service requirements. I am very understanding most of the time but I will NEVER be back. The 50 dollar tab i paid for this experience for myself and my fiancee will go down in my personal history as the absolute worst waste of money I have ever perceived. Awful. Do not go to ROOTS and CO.

Decided to drop in and try this place out after driving by a couple of times. Food did not disappoint! Wings were extra crispy and delicious and the burgers….no frozen patties here, hand formed, sky high and delicious. The service was a tad slow, but everyone was very nice. Smoking and pets are allowed, which we didn’t mind at all and my husband was happy to have a beer and cigar after his meal. Small town vibe, great food, and will definitely be back!

Great local hang out! It is clean and doesn’t stink of cigarettes even though you can smoke in there. I absolutely love the new upgrades and the new whisky room is very chill perfect place to go relax and have a drink.
