I ordered the 3-finger combo and noticed the portions have gotten much smaller compared to a few months ago. The drive-thru service is fine, but the ventilation inside isn’t great—so be prepared for your clothes to smell if you decide to eat indoors.

Raising Canes is a favorite of mine! While I was in the area for work I was lucky enough to find one. I must admit that this was probably one of the best raising canes I’ve been to. Food was hot & tasty, workers attitudes were pleasant, and the restaurant was clean. Not sure what more you could ask for. A+ for the team!

Our favorite pos baseball game joint. This Canes is always very busy. There is usually a wait, but it is popular was well located, what do you expect? If you dine in you will find there is plenty of seating. If you are traveling through Iowa and want to stop to eat, give this place a try.

Went here and was told that they are not affiliated with door dash. I had to go pickup my own order from them and went I got there, 28 minutes away, then they claimed they aren’t affiliated with door dash although the order was placed through door dash website. The girl lied. She then told me that when orders are placed online, that they don’t work on them until the person shows up. Never heard a company that did this, it’s trash. U got people waiting for their orders when they should have already been prepared and waiting. Smh. Never coming here again. They wasted my time and gas.

I want though the drive through around 7:40 pm. Waited for 20 minutes in the drive through, and there wasn’t many cars in the drive though only 2 cars ahead of me. The staff tried giving me someone else’s order and weren’t very friendly. When I got home there was no bread with my meal, the fries were soggy, and chicken was cold. I ended up throwing my meal away, it was awful.

Food is usually always perfect except the few occasions where the fries are unbearably salty. I can’t eat it when it’s this salty… sometimes I’ll take the time to wipe down each fry but it’s a bit ridiculous to do. and it’s happened enough times that I do worry it’ll be that way. Tonight was one of those nights. Otherwise this location always has kind employees and great fresh food!

The crinkle cut fries were hot, crispy, nicely salted, not greasy nor dry, and was a fair portion.
The chicken fingers were golden, not overly breaded, hot and perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. Mild flavor, no spices that I could detect, but also no off flavors, good to let the Cane’s sauce shine. I couldn’t decide what was in the sauce, but I liked it, creamy and little tangy with may a hint of oregano?
I love texas toast and this piece didn’t disappoint. Toasty and buttery, maybe a little garlic too?
I also got their lemonade. I don’t know if it’s fresh made, but it didn’t taste fake. Not too sweet, a good balance.

The food tasted good especially the chicken fingers along with the Cane’s sauce. Most of the workers were nice except for this one lady who seemed to be on her 30s, she gave me some attitude because I was confused on some stuff and seemed quite angry with me. But besides that, I think all was good.

Door dashed from this location and ate 1.5 pieces of chicken before realizing they are undercooked. I am praying i don’t get sick There’s so many other good locations near by. West Des moines and Altoona. Use those before this one.
