I was very excited to try a new establishment, but was extremely disappointed with everything! I went in with 2 friends this evening and despite being busy, we were greeted and seated promptly. This was the only plus of our experience. We asked to be seated on the patio, as we were having 2 more adults and a baby join us. We were seated at a dirty table, with no menus. Our server eventually came to our table-no greeting at all-asked us what we wanted to drink. We had to ask for menus. We got our drinks and ordered the fried cheese curds for an appetizer. They were good, but it took quite some time before they were served . Not once did our server come check on us. I had to go inside and ask her to refill our drinks. At this point, there were only about 6 tables occupied-plenty of wait staff per ratio of customers. When our food FINALLY arrived, we had to ask for silverware and napkins. I ordered the mahi tuna tacos, as did one of my friends. They were so bland and mushy that I couldn’t even take another bite. My friend didn’t like his either. My other friend offered half of her burger, which was ok until we both got a mouthful of salt on the burger, that neither of us could finish. Our server never came back to check on us, didn’t ask about the food and just put our tickets on the table and promptly walked away. Even when we paid, she didn’t ask us how our meal was. Customer service is horrible. Wait staff definitely needs further training and food was disappointing. I understand the restaurant has only been open a week at this point, but I would have expected everything to be top notch as to encourage patrons to return. We won’t be returning.

I watched them call the police on a group of guys that were there and ordered food it looked like they spent a lot of money. But I guess earlier in the evening there was words or something.
They had words but after they left she called the police on them. No fighting or anything I think the bartenders showed they have the power to call the police after you spend money on food and drinks pretty shitty.

Just went there ordered a Blt with fries. It comes dry no mayo or anything. Nashville hot chicken sandwich supposed to come with coleslaw. Which I didn’t get. Not a good start for your business looked good but disappointed

I totally understand they just opened.. Just had a soft opening Friday the 13th. We came in Sunday at 11:05am I ordered a beer my wife ordered an amaretto sour and cheese curds for an appetizer. We received the cheese curds but no drinks after 25 minutes of watching 1.5 quarters of Long Island vs. fdu with no drinks we called it quits went to the front no one even noticed us until I was ready to check out then they stated the printer was down and would make our drinks I stated I was done at that point and we went to fat toads afterwards… Then I took some guys from work to try again on Tuesday the 17th for lunch ordered 2 appetizers cheese curds and bacon wrapped jalapeños and 4 sweet teas and our meals… but we got unsweetened the lady realized she forgot to put sugar in the tea.. they gave the cheese curds to another table watched customer go to the front to let the wait staff know they didn’t order any.. there were quite a few things that went wrong with the order by the end of lunch and had them remove the cheese curds off the bill.. totally get they are still working things out. But they do have numbers on the tables.. as of right now I won’t be going back for $107 lunch with 4 guys I’m not sure it was worth it yet.. me & the wife are total foodies and I want things to come to Pryor and make it.. it is very similar to chilis, hookers, Midamerica grill, & DD’s all have the same type of food just different vibes depending on what you’re looking for, I was hoping for something different & new.. the wait staff was young and just stood around unsure of themselves and looking at their phones.. hopefully as time goes on they will figure out how to work as a team and efficiently as as a waitstaff.. hopeful regardless..

Customer service was okay. No napkins were given and we weren’t checked on. Also the wrong order of wings were given. Burgers were so so, something was missing but they have really good French fries and the atmosphere was pretty good. Music was also good.

We are so excited to see such a awesome new restaurant open up in Pryor other then the typical ones we already have! We went for dinner this evening service was great and fast and food was fantastic. My child actually ate most of his food which is completely rare he is extremely picky! The food tasted amazing and we can’t wait to come back and try more new stuff! Pryor definitely needed this! We got our food super fast as well! Definitely recommend
