Had a problem with my order on 2/28/26 My wife and I ordered 2 56 steak cheeses and hers was lettuce and mayo and it was not right.Mines had everything I didnt ask for on it..smh.It has been getting really bad in there when volume is high!!2 giants are $39.29 so I just expect a good sandwich..we will try again next time..thanks

Not sure what the deal is. Old bread and brown lettuce. Nobody wants crumbly cracker bread. It’s stale. And when an employee holds and cuts it, they have to know its old. Management or owner was there too!! They need to step up and throw old bread and lettuce out. You are ripping me off!

The staff were super nice and waited patiently for me. The sandwich was delicious and the bacon was just right amount of crispy. This was my first time here and would love to see what the other sandwiches taste like. I didn’t get a picture because i ate it so fast but fingers crossed my next one lasts long enough for me to share. Thanks for making my first time at Jersey Mike’s awesome!

Placed a mobile order. Arrive 15 Mins later and it wasn’t even ready. Took another 20 minutes for two cold subs. When I asked what the deal is I got the we had a lot of walk ins and mobile orders and we aren’t staffed. They shoved the wrong chips in my bag and I questioned why I couldn’t get my own they said it’s not what I asked for. I stated online just states chips. The girl could’ve cared less about anything. Guess it’s Jimmy John’s from now on.

Asked for gluten free, guy was very polite, cleaned the station, put on new gloves, got a new knife, and put down paper before cutting the sandwich to prevent contamination

I can’t comment this time on the service or atmosphere but my food order was wrong. This place used to be great. Something changed around a year ago. Almost all the reviews are consistent and consistent with my recent experiences. Poor service, poor cleanliness, lack of training. Owner replies sorry, we appreciate the feedback but then nothing changes. Be dedicated to quality or hire a manager that is. This store has fallen well below usual Jersey Mike’s standards and quality.

I visited this Jersey Mike’s location recently and had a disappointing experience. I was the only Black customer in the store, and although I was clearly in front of another customer in line, he was served before me. I had ordered a chicken Philly, and he had a regular sub — but that shouldn’t justify skipping me, especially when I was next. As a woman and a paying customer, I expected basic respect and proper service. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive that. I won’t be returning to this location.

Came in today and this place was a disaster. One gentleman kept yelling at the crew, the counters were just filthy, the slicer have so much gunk on it. This place needs BETTER management asap

We are frequent customers and love Jersey Mike’s but lately the standards in this location have been noticable. I witnessed an employee with gloves touch the cash register, then grab the raw steak meat and put on the grill then immediately touch my sandwich! ( I spoke to a manager but ended up taking the bread off) Another time I witnessed another employee with gloves touch the beverage handle and never change gloves and touched their hair and hat. It’s not clean in the sandwich station either. I think some training needs to be done before people get really sick.
