Delivery took quite some time. Driver didn’t know that we had mozzarella sticks with our pizza, after a long search he was able to find it in his car somewhere.
Our pizza unfortunately arrived in 1 big pie, un-cut. We had to manually cut the pizza ourselves before we could eat. It sure looked delicious. Sadly, the pizza was very bland and lacking sauce/cheese. The ham they use on their Hawaiian pizzas is more like grounded ham/pork, not actual pieces of ham. Also the mozzarella sticks were burnt and barely had cheese in them.
Based on their menu, I should have known that pizza wasn’t their specialty afterall! I suppose it was worth a try, because now we know.

Amazing pizza! We are totally hooked. Ronny is very nice. A good place for family, or informal date. Highly recommended! We will be back.

Tried to order multiple times and whoever picked up the phone on 1/21 at 5:38-6pm is very unprofessional and should be working a different position. You are in an English speaking country… you should not be picking up the phone in America if you cannot speak English. I called 8x and whoever the girl that picked up the phone is answered and when I state what I wanted they hang up. It got to a point where they recognized my number and hang up immediately every time. I am extremely disappointed. Does Ronny’s want business from Americans or not ? You can’t have a business in America and not be welcoming to Americans. This is not the first time it happened… it also happened to many of my friends.

Stars are only for the exceptionally nice lady I spoke to first. Used to be alright with a decent price which made eating alright food worth it. Outrageous delivery time and all the food tasted..funky..decided to do this instead of DoorDash, same price for lower quality.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Called to order two subs to go. Person on the phone could not hear me, so we walked in and ordered. We were told 15 minutes. We left and came back 15 minutes later and were told 5-20 more minutes (for a cold Turkey sub and a cold Italian sub). OVER AN HOUR LATER our food was ready. The Turkey sub had one piece of meat on it and three shreds of lettuce. The Italian sub was completely ruined. We will never, ever return to this establishment and would never recommend it to anyone else.

Meatballs were definitely not hand made and were packaged even after the man behind the counter said they were hand made. Sandwich was very dry and small. Price on the menu was 8.99 but was charged over 10.00 for the sandwich which only should have been 9 and change because of tax.

Horrible, started with a server who we felt had no interest to be working. Food that was served to us old. Our “carne asada” turned out to be pot roast which came cold we had to ask them to reheat. The server forgot our linquesa order and our server never came back to check on us. It was bad old and the pizza was covered in grease. Save your stomach

I give them 5 stars because their Brazilian menu is phenomenal! Coxinha are my favorite, but the empadinha de frango is delicious also. The pizza is pretty good. But I’d definitely recommend Ronny’s for the Brazilian food. Also, the owner is a real cool guy.
