I love their bun mam (seafood noodle soup made from fermented fish) and bun rieu (crab & tomato noodle soup). Their doughnuts, tofu dessert and French flan crème caramel are very tasty and cost only 2-3 dollars for each order! It’s definitely my favorite place to eat in Langley!

Once you open the door…you know this place is the spot. Totally reminded me of the first time I went to a pho place 30+ years ago when pho restaurants were sparse and few. Legit pho, tons of meat and hearty broth. Super Bonus – their spring rolls remind me of Bao Chao!! OmG even the price of them was like BC…. 2 for 6!! So good! We tried the donut, pretty good as well.

We went here for the first time recently. We really enjoyed the food. Five stars for food we had pho and bun Bo hue. The service during our meal was great. They were busy and the staff was working hard. When we went to pay the system they use is square. We tried to pay using both debit and credit and it wasn’t going through. So the staff member told us we had to go to a bank machine to get money. We asked where one was they had no idea. So we left to find a bank machine and when we got in the car I checked our online banking and noted they debited our account five times and charged us twice on our credit card. So 300 dollars in total. We went back in and spent an hour trying to sort it out. The language barrier was difficult. They told us we had to go through our bank so we left. We called the bank and they confirmed we had been charged. We’ve spent over two hours on the phone with the bank and we are still trying to sort this out.

Best Vietnamese Food I’ve Ever Had in Canada!
This is the best Vietnamese restaurant I have ever eaten at in Langley, Vancouver—and I daresay, it might be the best in all of Canada!
How can I be so sure? Because I just completed a month-long road trip from Montreal to Vancouver, driving myself and acting as a committed food tourist. Throughout my journey, I ate at countless Vietnamese restaurants, but none have offered such a wide variety of delicious dishes, nor the quality of house-made ingredients (such as their fresh noodles, rice paper, and tofu).
Bình Minh Restaurant offers an incredibly extensive menu of authentic, delicious Vietnamese food for everyone to choose from. This place is a must-try!

We’ve been going to Pho Binh Minh since 2022, and it has consistently been one of our favourite spots. The service is always great, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They sometimes give little freebies to our daughter, which she thoroughly enjoys, and it’s a small gesture that makes the experience even more special.
Every dish we’ve ordered has been excellent. Their pho, bun bo hue, bun rieu, rice dishes, and even their weekend only congee are all delicious and consistently well made. On par with our usual go-to’s from Vancouver
There’s ample parking both in front and behind the restaurant, which is a big plus. Overall, Pho Binh Minh is a reliable go to for tasty Vietnamese food and warm service. Highly recommended!

Ordered a large house special pho. Noodle texture is superb, though the broth is just alright. large portion of meat. Price is <18 even after tax. Speedy serving with amazingly friendly staff. One of staff there had a strong "uncle smell" that day, must have been busy earlier. Otherwise overall solid and would recommend for its good value. Definitely going back to try more dishes and find one to increase the rating to 5
