My steak was cooked oerfect, the creamed spinach and the Brussel sprouts were all really good. Atmosphere was great as well, low lighting makes the ambiance relaxed and low key. We ate early like before 5. Noise level is loud no matter where you sit during busy hours. Still a great experience.

Ron Lahody’s Trust Your Butcher Steakhouse never disappoints. The ribeye was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The mushroom risotto is hands down my favorite side. It’s incredibly creamy and packed with rich, savory flavor.

And don’t skip the bar, ask for Carlos and have him make you a smoked old fashioned. He’s the best and absolutely nails it every time.

An all around fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend.

We went this past Saturday for a spontaneous date night and this was a great hidden gem in downtown Muncie. Amazing atmosphere, with attentive and engaging staff, and excellent well-crafted food and beverages! Definitely recommend the bourbon flight, excellent selection of bourbon. This place knows meat and had high quality cuts! We will be back.

My husband and I had dinner here for the first time and we enjoyed everything about our experience! I ordered the prime rib dinner and French onion soup; the soup was honestly the star of the show for me and the broth was clearly real homemade beef broth. Please know the prime rib was delicious and cooked exactly as I ordered it so I enjoyed it a lot. My husband got the lamb which was cooked beautifully and it was some of the best lamb I’ve ever eaten! The service was amazing and our server found a really nice balance between checking in from time to time without feeling forced or rushed. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.

Overpriced steak that was somehow both overcooked and under-seasoned — which is honestly impressive in the worst possible way. We ordered medium rare. It was well done, dry, and completely lifeless.

I’ve had better steaks at Texas Roadhouse for half the price, and at least there they know what medium rare means. For $60+ a steak, I’d rather order from Snake River Farms and cook it myself.

The frustrating part is this wasn’t even my first disappointing experience here. I came once before for a business dinner and the food was mediocre then too. I gave them another chance, and that was clearly a mistake.

They offered to remake the steaks, but by that point I was already irritated. When you charge this much for a cut of meat, you are obligated to get it right the first time. Have your cooks use thermal pens. This isn’t complicated. A free dessert or a beer doesn’t fix the fact that you wasted our time and botched the food.

Moral of the story: don’t trust your butcher to cook your steak, they should stick to packing. If you want a good steak, go to Adam’s Street Chophouse. I will not be dining here again.

Wonderful place to have a fine dining experience. The steaks are always cooked to perfection, the sides are amazing! Service and atmosphere is fantastic! We had the lobster Mac n cheese and fried green tomatoes for the appetizer. Cowboy pork chop, risotto, loaded baked potato and sweet potato casserole for dessert!

The food was fantastic. If you go there, get the scalloped potatoes. I ordered a bacon wrapped filet and it was amazing, cooked to a perfect medium rare. The service was fantastic as well. Definitely recommend. If you order the shrimp cocktail, be aware that the sauce is on the spicy side so if you aren’t prepared for that it will be quite the shock.

Not what i expected for 160 bucks….. First off, I put a reservation in a month in advance for Valentine’s Day…. When we arrive we are placed at a table that appeared to be placed just to try and fit more people….My chair was directly in the lane of traffic from every direction, and I was pushed and bumped into on multiple occasions…. The staff doesn’t communicate at all with each other and had multiple times where tray went over my head just to avoid collisions with other servers…. Food was really good, and our waitress was kind and helpful. Just feel like if I had a reservation, I should have gotten a better table than someone coming in off the street…. Not a good experience at all for us.

We did not have reservations but they were able to get my wife and I seated. Ribeye and strip steaks were delicious. The jalapeno potatoes and creamed spinach were great as well. Friendly and polite service. We will be back.

Had a large group (20+) and put us upstairs. Nice private area on a balcony overlooking the restaurant. Service was amazing, especially with the 2 sisters as our waitresses. Steak was good, and the bacon app and creme’brulee were both amazing. Great margaritas and cold beer. Smoked ol fashion is a great choice, too.
