I was in Fresno to help my old pal Strap Erdowngood and his wife, Tootite celebrate their home country’s national holiday, Blarhoot Enhollar Day when their son Rubb brought in this Amazing pizza from Romeo’s Take & Bake Pizza, and just let me underscore that ….it was Amazing!

Never coming back to this location. I came in on 6/8 around 4:30pm, I was the only customer there and the two girls told me to wait while they were in the back talking. Had me waiting 5 MINUTES while they were messing around not doing their job and gave me attitude when I said something about it. ZERO customer service. ZERO sense of urgency especially the short Mexican girl with face tattoos and her AirPods in. Manager really needs to consider hiring new employees that are more welcoming and not rude

The ladies didn’t look or sound very happy to be there. Food was mediocre. They didn’t have mayonnaise for the subs. They didn’t have boneless wings as advertised. The pizza was super greasy. Our sandwiches fell apart. Disappointed. The Tulare and Ashlan locations are better in my opinion.

Sold cookies in front of the store they didn’t mind us, although Unique optique is the one who gave us permission Romeo’s was cool about all of us. We had subs and drinks. The pizza is not to bad if the dough is fresh.

Amboo
The girls that work there are fairly quick when making orders. Main thing that sucks is that they don’t answer the phone when one calls to place an order for pickup. Or when they do, they usually say they don’t take phone orders between some bogus amount of hours..idk.. It’s different every time. Pizzas are fairly consistent, but their sandwiches vary depending on who makes it. And they close at different times too, depends on who’s working i guess.
