I just went there my card was locked so it was about 2 minutes the worker there Charlotte very disrespectful to me plus the coworker there what kinda of people does Dairy Queen hire so miserable where she had to yell it’s not my fault you had Insufficient funds embarrassing like honey you work at Dairy Queen and so I call the manager they basically say there’s nothing they can do what a disgusting place

I live 5 minutes away and this location never fails at being amazing. They’re always quick, friendly, and by far make the best blizzards. A lot of other locations I have been too over the years have given runny blizzards or don’t stir the items and half the blizzard is just ice cream. This is my favorite location and I appreciate everything about this location.

This is the worst DQ in the area. The staff is typically slow and unwelcoming. Every time I get a blizzard there’s 2 bites of mix-in’s and the rest is just vanilla ice cream. I live in Highland but I drive out of the way to the Griffith one for better service and a better product. Not to mention you can’t even use the app at this location. No need to visit again.

Workers are great, quality is awesome. I understand peak times are from like 6pm-10pm, but the absolute madness that occurs on 45th during this time is unbearable. Several vehicles waiting for the drive-thru line both eastbound and westbound on 45th. This is a hazard and needs to be addressed!

Last night (Saturday, September 30th) the worker at the drive-thru was so rude. My father’s bill was $10.05, he gave the girl $20.05. She proceeded to give him $9.90. He told her hold on you owe me $10. I have you $20.05. He then had to ask her for a holder for his purchase and she slammed his two cups down and jammed the cups in the holder. Will go back to Munster location as those kids are a lot nicer.

They would not honor coupon cuz there wasn’t a five digit code. I gave them the five digit code. They still wouldn’t honor coupon. Do not go to this dairy Queen. Didn’t even try and get the coupon to work. Just shoved us out. The door said go to the other one. Is that how you make money?
