Seems like this place has gone downhill in the last year or two. Been ordering from here for over a decade. Another wrong order tonight with an unacceptable resolution. Ordered 3 pizzas with a 2 liter with a request to deliver to my front door. It was delivered to my side load garage (which I didn’t know it was delivered) and they didn’t deliver the 2 liter. I called and they unapologetically refunded the 2 liter. But I tipped over 20% at the time of ordering for a bad and incomplete delivery. A coupon on a future order or letting me change the tip to one that reflected the service would have been reasonable.
If this was the first time, I’d let it slide, but this seems to be the standard now, not the exception.

I just ordered from here and I want to start off by saying that Nick who answered and took my order was SO professional and kind ! He was so gentle and patient in spite of me being discombobulated. This was my first time ordering here! I will definitely be back! Definitely worth it for the price. ☺️ I can’t believe it’s my first time ordering and I live 4 minutes away. I order from Romeo’s almost exclusively, frequently. Friday11/29, I ordered a medium cheese pizza. I get the same thing every time. They delivered a small pizza with no refund or adjustment. Fine. I ordered from Romeo’s again tonight and the pizza is way overcooked and cold! What happened to this place?? It USED TO BE good. Two bad experiences in a row has me very ticked off. I wish I could add a picture of this crappy pizza

The staff is always friendly when I pick up my pizza, and I especially appreciate Daniel, who has been my delivery driver on several occasions. My orders always arrive hot and on time.
