Great pizza, sweet and tangy sauce. Has the option of thin and cauliflower crust. Pizza is always ready as expected. Friendly employees at the front desk. Unfortunately, no place to eat while there. A couple of seats outside would be perfect.

I ordered one large pizza. I had trouble using the online tracker so I had to call to confirm the status of my order. The young lady I spoke with was pleasant, however, she told me the delivery would take an additional 20-30 minutes from the time I was quoted when the order was placed. Order to delivery took 1 hour and 5 minutes. I would have been okay with this if the pizza wasn’t cold when it arrived. One slice looked as if someone missed a spot when sprinkling the cheese on. I’ll accept this as a lesson learned. Still looking for a good pizza spot in the area!

Ordered a Buffalos Chicken pizza with the hot buffalo sauce. It’s a delicious pizza. It was delivered without the buffalo sauce. When called they offered a 90¢ refund. When I said it’s a critical part of the pizza and the main reason I ordered it. They compared it to missing Romano sprinkle and insisted the 90¢ is the best they could do.

This is really a takeout or delivery business only in Pickerington Ohio. Everyone has their own favorite type of pizza taste. Strangely enough my favorite pizza is just to the east of the capital of Iceland. My destiny United States is MOD Pizza which is similar with a thinner crust and high quality fresh ingredients with a very friendly staff. But if I’m looking at what we consider we regularly find as pizza then Romeo’s Pizza certainly is my favorite by far. The combination of crust taste and thickness as well as the overall flavor profile simply hits me as much more desirable than the other types I have tasted. Since this is decidedly a bit different the best thing to do is try it out and see what you think because you’re still going to enjoy a meal and you might find something that you want to come back to often.

My sister and I were highly highly upset yesterday when ordering pizza from Romeos in Pickerington! We had heard of bad reviews before, but took a chance on them anyways. We supported this place and have been customers for years. We always ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Last night we walked into Romeos new location (expecting better quality) hearing an excessive amount of giggling and messing around. We got our pizza, walked it all the way home, just to see a bite mark in one of the slices! As professional culinary students, we were at complete disbelief at the care of our pizza. Very disappointed. The situation was not handled properly. No apologies were made and no extra care was in place when we emphasized the disgust of this order. Really shows a lack of hospitality, quality, service, and business.

Wonderful pizza, it’s always hot and fresh when I come to pick up and is always ready by the specified timeframe (20 minutes if ordering ASAP) and sometimes is even done earlier.
Sometimes the pizza can get really greasy and get all over the box making a mess but it has been a rare occasion for me. The Capone sauce makes up for it though; it is a flavorful and unique spicy sauce that any spice-tolerant person would enjoy.
The people in there are always nice, they welcome me in and assist me promptly. It also seems like their teamwork and morale is high as I always notice the workers laughing and working well together.
The app is pretty barebones but it gets the job done. I prefer ordering on there so I can receive rewards points because I don’t think you can in the web browser version. My only complaint is I wish the rewards system was fleshed out a bit more. Every 100 points ($100) you get a $10 off coupon for your next order. It’s nice but I wish there were more options for redeeming.

It’s always a joy going into this Romeo’s everyone is always so nice and they try to always have a smile even on those hard days. My son works hard and so he buys himself Romeo’s at least twice a week. This is what he always leaves us. Hey at least he thinks of us. Lol
